microRNA在甲状腺癌中的研究进展

摘要: microRNA(miR)是一种由21~25个碱基组成的非编码RNA,通过与mRNA互补,诱导mRNA降解或翻译抑制。miR表达异常出现在多种肿瘤中,据此推测miR在人类肿瘤发生、发展过程中扮演着重要角色。甲状腺癌为内分泌系统最常见的恶性肿瘤。miR在甲状腺癌发生、发展中发挥重要作用,其有可能成为诊断甲状腺癌的分子标志,并为甲状腺癌的治疗带来新的机遇。本文就miR在甲状腺癌中的研究进展作一综述。1 miR概述miR是一种非蛋白编码的单链小分子RNA,自Lee等[1]
