缝隙连接细胞间通讯对顺铂疗效的影响研究进展

摘要: 缝隙连接(gap junction,GJ)是细胞间直接进行信息交换的重要通道,由其介导的通讯方式缝隙连接细胞间通讯(gap junction intercellular communication,GJIC)在细胞的新陈代谢、内环境稳定、增殖和分化等生理过程中发挥着关键的调节作用[1]。顺铂是临床治疗肿瘤中广泛应用的化疗药物之一,但是肿瘤细胞对顺铂产生耐药性明显降低顺铂的疗效,关于顺铂耐药性产生的具体原因至今仍未阐明.研究发现GJIC与顺铂的治疗效果之间具有一定的关系,但目前对于这方面的研究还不是很深入,因此,进一步阐明GJIC与顺铂之间的关系对于解决顺铂耐药性问题具有重要的意义。
