海马-穹窿投射的MRI形态学研究
Morphological study of hippocampus-fornix projection on MRI

摘要: 目的:探讨大脑海马-穹窿在MRI的形态规律,为横断位及冠状位海马-穹窿投射识别提供参照。方法:在微型计算机上eFlim2.0工作站中,选取40名健康志愿者连续MRI横断位及冠状位,运用结构连续追踪技术,对大脑海马-穹窿投射进行识别、定位。结果:在横断面上海马-穹窿投射出现的顺序为海马、海马-穹窿、穹窿,冠状面为穹窿、海马-穹窿、穹窿。海马在冠状面映射长度=横状面层数2 mm,其在横断面映射长度=冠状面层数2 mm。结论:能够在MRI上客观准确识别横断面及冠状面的海马-穹窿投射及周围结构。
