管状胃成形术减轻贲门癌切除术后抗胃食管反流的效果

摘要: 目的:探讨管状胃成形术对减轻贲门癌切除术后胃食管反流症的作用。方法:对80例贲门癌患者按手术中采用管状胃或普通胸腔胃分为常规手术组和管状胃手术组各40例,比较2组患者术后3个月胃食管反流症发生率,并行胃食管24 hpH监测,将反流超过5 min的次数、反流百分率、最长反流时间指标进行比较。结果:常规手术组术后发生胃食管反流症19例(47.5%),管状胃手术组发生9例(22.5%)。管状胃手术组反流超过5 min的次数、反流百分率和最长反流时间均较常规手术组少或短(P0.01)。结论:管状胃成形术能有效降低贲门癌切除术后胃食管反流症的发生率。
