银丹心脑通软胶囊对2型糖尿病合并冠心病病人氧化应激及血管内皮功能的影响
Effect of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule on the oxidative stress and vascular endothelial function in patients with T2DM complicated with CHD

摘要: 目的：探讨银丹心脑通软胶囊对2型糖尿病（T2DM）合并冠心病病人氧化应激及血管内皮功能的影响。方法：选取T2DM合并冠心病病人150例作为研究对象，随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予降糖、降脂、抗凝、β-受体阻滞剂、硝酸酯类、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等药物进行常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上口服银丹心脑通软胶囊（1.6克/次，3次/天），治疗12周后进行疗效评价。结果：治疗后，在血液流变学方面，观察组全血黏度（高切、中切、低切）、红细胞压积、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原均显著低于对照组（P<0.01）；在氧化应激方面，观察组超氧化物歧化酶显著高于对照组，丙二醛显著低于对照组（P<0.01）；在血管内皮功能方面，观察组内皮素低于对照组，一氧化氮、硝酸甘油介导非内皮依赖性血管舒张功能、血流介导内皮依赖性血管舒张功能均显著高于对照组（P<0.01）；在心绞痛发作方面，观察组心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛持续时间、硝酸甘油用量均显著低于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗T2DM合并冠心病，可有效改善病人机体血液流变学，缓解氧化应激状态，保护血管内皮功能，有效缓解临床症状，值得临床推广。Abstract: Objective:To explore the effects of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule on the oxidative stress and vascular endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:A total of 150 patients with T2DM complicated with CHD were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with reducing blood glucose,reducing lipid,anti-coagulation,β-receptor blockers,nitrates and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule by oral based on the control group for 12 weeks.The effects in two groups were evaluated after 12 weeks of treatment.Results:The levels of whole blood viscosity(high shear,middle shear and low shear),hematokrit,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).The levels of superoxide dismutase and malondialdehyde in observation group were significantly higher and lower than those in control group,respectively(P<0.01).The levels of endothelin,and the level of NO,non-endothelium-dependent vasodilation function induced by nitroglycerin and endothelium-dependent vasodilation function induced by blood flow in observation group were significantly lower and higher than those in control group,respectively(P<0.01).After treatment,the angina frequency,angina duration and nitroglycerin dosage in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule in the treatment of T2DM complicated with CHD can effectively improve the hemorheology,alleviate the oxidative stress state,protect the vascular endothelial function and relieve the clinical symptoms,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
