近年来,由于人均寿命的提高和动脉粥样硬化发病率的上升,老年退行性心脏瓣膜病(SDHVD)的发病率逐年增加,研究[1]表明,≥60岁人群的SDHVD发病率约占心脏瓣膜病的25%。SDHVD是一种随年龄增加而危险度上升并以瓣膜内大量钙质沉积为特点的老年人常见心脏瓣膜疾病,根据瓣膜病变部位和程度有着不同临床表现[2-3]。
经导管主动脉瓣置入术(TAVI)是指将组装完整的主动脉瓣通过导管置入主动脉根部,以替代原有主动脉瓣,在功能和结构上完成主动脉瓣的置换。自2002年首次实施人体TAVI到现在,TAVI在欧美等国家迅速发展并推广[4-5]。在国内,自2010年10月葛均波等[6]实施首例人体TAVI以来,该技术逐步在国内推广应用,预期前景广阔。
