Notch通路是一种在进化上高度保守的信号通路,调节免疫系统在内的多种生物系统,已成为免疫学、发育生物学及细胞学等多领域的研究热点。T淋巴细胞是机体免疫应答的重要组成部分,在对抗各种病原体感染中发挥重要的保护性免疫作用。近年来,关于Notch信号通路与T细胞之间相互作用的研究逐渐深入。Notch信号通路在胸腺中决定淋巴细胞系的发育,在外周促进T细胞的分化增殖。在成熟T细胞和抗原递呈细胞的表面均有Notch受体及其配体表达,且不同Notch配体会对T细胞产生不同的生物学效应。Notch信号通路通过对T细胞发育分化和功能的调控来实现对机体免疫功能的调节,在多种疾病发生以及机体自身稳态维持等方面起着重要的作用。阐明Notch信号通路对T细胞发育分化及功能的调控,对了解T细胞发育和功能异常而引起的疾病具有重要的指导意义[1]。本文就Notch信号通路对T细胞发育分化及功能调控的研究进展作一综述。
