  • 摘要: 连接蛋白(connexin,Cxs)及其形成的缝隙连接细胞间通讯(gap junction cell-cell communication,GJIC)在肿瘤的生长、增殖、转移中起着重要的作用。研究[1]证实,在培养的正常细胞和肿瘤细胞,缝隙连接(gap junction,GJ)能够增强多种化学毒物引起细胞凋亡的作用。
