摘要: 肿瘤的发生、发展与细胞增殖和凋亡失衡密切相关。凋亡调控失常导致的细胞增殖过度和凋亡不足是肿瘤形成的重要机制之一,也是影响肿瘤治疗及预后的重要因素。
