脑神经胶质瘤病人脑脊液TSGF及HGF对新生血管生成相关因子的影响
Effect of tumor specific growth factor and hepatocyte growth factor in cerebrospinal fluid of glioma patients on the neovascularization factor

摘要: 目的:探讨恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)及肝细胞生长因子(HGF)对脑神经胶质瘤进展的影响及与新生血管生成相关因子的关系。方法:选择87例胶质细胞瘤病人,WHO胶质细胞瘤分级(Ⅰ级29例,Ⅱ级26例,Ⅲ级21例,Ⅳ级11例,检测各级病人脑脊液TSGF及HGF、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、内皮生长因子(EGF)及促血管生成素1(Ang-1)。结果:Ⅱ级病人TSGF及HGF均较Ⅰ级明显升高(P<0.01),Ⅲ级病人TSGF及HGF均较Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级明显升高(P<0.01),Ⅳ级病人TSGF及HGF均较Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级明显升高(P<0.01)。Ⅱ级病人VEGF较Ⅰ级明显升高(P<0.01),Ⅲ级病人VEGF均较Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级明显升高(P<0.01),碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)及Ang-1均较Ⅰ级明显升高(P<0.01),Ⅳ级病人VEGF均较Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级明显升高(P<0.01),bFGF及Ang-1均较Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级明显升高(P<0.01)。TSGF与VEGF、bFGF及Ang-1均呈正相关关系(P<0.05~P<0.01),HGF与VEGF亦呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:脑脊液内TSGF及HGF水平升高是导致神经胶质瘤分级进展的重要因素,其过程与新生血管生成相关因子水平升高密切相关。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of the tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) and hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) on the progress of brain glioma,and relationship between TSGF,HGF and neovascularization factor. Methods: Eighty-seven glioma patients(including 29 cases of WHO grade Ⅰ,26 cases of WHO grade Ⅱ,21 cases of WHO grade Ⅲ and 11 cases of WHO grade Ⅳ) were investigated.The levels of TSGF,HGF,epidermal growth factor(EGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and angiopoietin 1(Ang-1) in cerebrospinal fluid of all patients were detected. Results: Compared with gradeⅠpatients,the levels of TSGF and HGF in grade Ⅱpatients significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with gradeⅠ and grade Ⅱ patients,the levels of TSGF and HGF in grade Ⅲ patients significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with gradeⅠ,grade Ⅱ and gradeⅢ patients,the levels of TSGF and HGF in grade Ⅳ patients significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with gradeⅠpatients,the level of VEGF in grade Ⅱpatients significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with gradeⅠ and grade Ⅱ patients,the level of VEGF in grade Ⅲ patients significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with gradeⅠand Ⅱpatients,the levels of bFGF and Ang-1 in grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ patients significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with gradeⅠ,grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ patients,the level of VEGF in grade Ⅳ patients significantly increased(P<0.01).The level of TSGF was positively correlated with the levels of VEGF,bFGF and Ang-1(P<0.05 to P<0.01),and the level of HGF was positively correlated with the level of VEGF(P<0.01). Conclusions: The increasing level of HGF and TSGF in cerebrospinal fluid is an important factor in glioma progress,which is closely related to the increasing of neovasculization factor.-
