子宫肌瘤是女性常见的子宫肿瘤疾病,主要由子宫平滑肌细胞增生而造成[1-2]。我国育龄妇女中子宫肌瘤的发病率 < 40%,但是年龄在40岁以上妇女的发病率会显著提升[3]。子宫肌瘤发病原因极为复杂,为多种因素共同作用下导致,具体的发病原因与机制尚不明确[4-5]。胰岛素生长因子(IGFs)主要由家族中6种蛋白构成,具有促进人体细胞的繁殖、分化、调节人体血管形成与代谢的作用。研究[6]表明,IGF-Ⅰ的表达与多种肿瘤的发生、发展有极为密切的关系。细胞核增殖相关抗原(Ki-67)是人体重要的识别细胞核抗原,在细胞中具有增殖活性的作用,是细胞增殖的重要指标。表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)是细胞膜上的一种蛋白质,可以作为表皮细胞因子接收器,与人体表皮细胞生长有着非常大的关联性。而研究[7]显示,Ki-67与EGFR具有相关性。但IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ与Ki-67与EGFR指标的相关性临床研究报道不多。本文就IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平与Ki-67和EGFR相关性进行分析。现作报道。

目的研究子宫肌瘤病人血清中胰岛素生长因子(IGF)-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平与自身组织中细胞核增殖相关抗原(Ki-67)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的相关性。 方法选取93例子宫肌瘤病人为观察组,另选同期收治的子宫腺肌病90例作为对照组,其子宫内膜组织不受疾病的影响,检测2组病人外周血中IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ表达情况,对子宫组织中Ki-67、EGFR指标表达情况进行观察记录,并对IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平与Ki-67、EGFR指标相关性进行分析。 结果观察组IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平及Ki-67、EGFR阳性率显著高于对照组(P < 0.01);观察组Ki-67阳性、EGFR阳性病人IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ水平显著高于Ki-67阴性、EGFR阴性者(P < 0.01);相关性分析显示,IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ与Ki-67、EGFR呈显著正相关(P < 0.01)。 结论子宫肌瘤病人血清中IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ指标与自身病灶组织处Ki-67、EGFR指标具有显著相关关系。 Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the correlations between the serum levels of insulin growth factor-Ⅰ and Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅱ), and expression levels of nuclear proliferation-related antigen(Ki-67) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in patients with uterine leiomyoma. MethodsNinety-three patients with uterine leiomyoma and 90 patients with adenomyosis were divided into the observation group and control group, respectively.The serum levels of IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ, and expression levels of Ki-67 and EGFR in uterine tissue in two groups were recorded.The correlations between the serum levels of IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ, and expression levels of Ki-67 and EGFR were analyzed. ResultsThe serum levels of IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ, and positive rates of Ki-67 and EGFR in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P < 0.01).In the observation group, the serum levels of IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ in patients with positive Ki-67 and EGFR expression were significantly higher than those in patients with negative Ki-67 and EGFR expression(P < 0.01).The results of the correlation analysis showed that the serum levels of IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ were significantly positively correlated with Ki-67 and EGFR expression(P < 0.01). ConclusionsThere is a significant correlation between serum levels of IGF-Ⅰ and IGF-Ⅱ, and expression levels of Ki-67 and EGFR in cancer tissue of patients with uterine leiomyoma. -
