  • 摘要: 膀胱癌是我国泌尿生殖系统中最常见的恶性肿瘤,90%以上的膀胱癌为膀胱移行细胞癌。膀胱癌的发病、进展是个由多种因素共同作用的非常复杂的过程,其特点是易复发,复发后恶性度增加。目前治疗膀胱癌的主要手段为手术及术后的辅助性治疗,但这并不能完全阻止膀胱癌复发,因此治疗膀胱癌需要新的思路。
