胃肠道手术后早期肠内营养研究进展

摘要: 营养治疗是现代外科的重大进展,对于改善患者的营养状况,提高危重患者存活率,改善手术的疗效都有重要作用。自肠外营养(parenteral nutrition,PN)于1968年Dudrick首次应用以来,其在救治外科危重患者、改善患者围手术期的营养、减少术后并发症等方面发挥了重要的作用[1]。但PN会引起代谢性和功能性并发症,特别是对肠黏膜代谢及功能的影响导致肠黏膜屏障受损,引起细菌和内毒素移位,使肠源性感染的发病率增加。传统观点认为,近年术后早期肠内营养(enteral nutrition,EN)在胃肠道术后得到广泛应用。
