Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of ultra-light clay manual training in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with hemiplegic upper limb after stroke.MethodsSixty stroke patients from the neurology department were randomly divided into the control group(n=30) and observation group(n=30).Two groups were treated with neurology drug combined with conventional rehabilitation nursing. The observation group was additionally treated with ultra-light clay manual training based on the control group. The Barthel index score, Fugl-Meyer upper extremity score and nursing efficacy were compared between two groups.ResultsThe Barthel index score and Fugl-Meyer upper extremity score in the observation group were higher than those in control group after 1 and 2 months of treatment(P < 0.05).The nursing quality score and satisfaction rate in observation group were higher than those in control group(P < 0.01).ConclusionsThe ultra-light clay manual training can improve the motor function of hemiplegic upper limb and hand, and enhance the nursing quality score and satisfaction of the stroke patients.
