2020, 45(7): 841-844. doi: 10.13898/j.cnki.issn.1000-2020.07.001
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of berberine on the invasion and migration of lung cancer A549 cells induced by transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1.MethodsThe effects of 1.25, 2.5, 5.0 and 10 ng/mL TGF-β1 on the morphology of A549 cells were observed at 24 and 48 h, respectively.Wound scratch assay and Transwell assay were applied to detect the changes of migration and invasion ability of A549 cells treated with different concentrations of TGF-β1 for 48 h.The cytotoxic activity of berberine at the concentration of 0-160 μmol/L in vitro was evaluated by SRB assay to find the safe concentration of berberine, then the effects of berberine at safe concentrations on the migration and invasion induced by TGF-β1 in A549 cells were determined.ResultsA549 cells showed significant epithelial-mesenchymal transition morphological changes and stronger invasion and migration ability after 5 ng/mL TGF-β1 treatment for 48 h.Berberine within the concentration range of 10 μmol/L exhibited no cytotoxicity to A549 cells.Compared with TGF-β1 group, 2.5, 5, 10 μmol/L berberine significantly inhibited the invasion of A549 cells, and 10 μmol/L berberine obviously suppressed the migration of A549 cells.ConclusionBerberine inhibits the invasion and migration of lung cancer A549 cells induced by TGF-β1.

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo compare the expression changes of lymphocyte subsets in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients treated with between emergency percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and drug, and explore the immune defence mechanism of AMI occurrence.MethodsSixty AMI patients were set as the observation group[including 30 cases treatment with PCI combined with medication (PCI group) and 30 cases treatment with conventional medication (medication group), and 30 healthy people treated without special treatment were set as the control group. The peripheral blood of two groups were collected on the day of admission, the peripheral blood in the observation group were collected after 30 days of following-up.The expression of lymphocyte subsets was determined by flow cytometry, and the content of troponin Ⅰ (cTnI) in peripheral blood of the observation group was also detected.ResultsCompared with the control group, the percentages of CD3+CD8+ and CD19+ B lymphocytes increased, the percentages of CD3+CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ ratio decreased in the observation group, and the differences of whose were statistically significant (P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).After 30 days of treatment, the expression of lymphocyte subsets in the PCI group was contrary to that in the drug group, and the difference of which was statistically significant (P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the CD4+/CD8+ ratio was negatively correlated with cTnI (r=-0.53, P < 0.05).ConclusionsLymphocyte subsets are involved in the inflammatory response of AMI.The PCI therapy can repair myocardial immune inflammatory injury in AMI patients to different degrees. The CD4+/CD8+ ratio is negatively correlated with cTnI.The lower the CD4+/CD8+ ratio is, the higher the cTnI is, and which suggests that the more severe the myocardial damage is, the worse the prognosis is.

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of new position in intrahospital transport of non-traumatic coma patients, and explore the appropriate nursing position during the transport.MethodsFifty non-traumatic coma patients from January to June 2018 and 50 cases from July to December 2018 were divided into the control group and observation group, respectively. The control group and observation group were nursed with the conventional position and new position (head height of 20° to 30° and side lying at 30° to 60°), respectively. The mean arterial pressure, heart rate and position tolerance time, nursing adverse events and satisfaction of patients' family were compared between two groups.ResultsThere was no statistical significance in the mean arterial pressure and heart rate between two groups at admission (P>0.05).The position tolerance time, incidence rate of nursing adverse events and family satisfaction in observation group were longer, lower and better than those in control group, respectively (P < 0.05).ConclusionsThe new position is a suitable nursing position in the transport of non-traumatic coma patients in emergency, and helpful to reduce the incidence rate of nursing adverse events and improve the satisfaction of patients' family.

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the related influencing factors of nursing on the occurrence of urinary incontinence after electroprostatectomy, in order to provide guidance for clinical nursing.MethodsA total of 111 patients treated with electroprostatectomy were selected. The general data, international prostate symptom score, compliance assessment of levator anal muscle training, assessment of urinary incontinence in all cases were investigated, and the related risk factors of urinary incontinence were analyzed.ResultsThe incidence rate of urinary incontinence was 32.43% after the removal of catheter. The incidence rate of urinary incontinence after 1 and 3 months of operation were 18.01% and 7.21%, respectively. The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the age >70 years old, indwelling catheter time < 3 days or >7 days, poor compliance with levator anal muscle training before or after surgery were the risk factors of urinary incontinence after electroprostatectomy (P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).ConclusionsAdvanced age, too short or too long indwelling time and poor compliance of levator anal muscle training are the main factors of urinary incontinence after electroprostatectomy, the nursing measures should be taken to urge levator anal muscle training.

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the correlations among work performance, work immersion and professional identity in operating room nurses.MethodsNinety-six nurses in operating room were selected, and the levels of work performance, work immersion and professional identity of the nurses were evaluated suing the work performance scale, work immersion experience questionnaire and professional identity scale.ResultsThe levels of work performance, work immersion and professional identity of nurses in operating room were (73.68±9.43), (108.90±18.47) and (96.37±14.42), respectively. The scores of work performance and professional identity of operating room nurses aged 30-39 years were significantly higher than those of other age nurses (P < 0.05).The higher the educational background and monthly income were, the higher the work performance, work immersion and professional identity scores of operating room nurses were (P < 0.05).The scores of work performance, work immersion and professional identity of nurses with 5-10 years of service were significantly higher than those of nurses with less than 5 years of service (P < 0.05).The higher the number of night shifts per week was, the lower the scores of work performance, work immersion and professional identity of operating room nurses were (P < 0.05).The scores of work performance, work immersion and professional identity of enrolled nurses were significantly higher than those of contract nurses (P < 0.05).The total score of work performance was positively correlated with the total scores of motivation, focus on current tasks, action and consciousness integration and work immersion (P < 0.05), and positively correlated with the total scores of occupational cognitive evaluation, coping with occupational setbacks, occupational self-reflection and occupational identity (P < 0.05).ConclusionsThe work performance of nurses in operating room is positively correlated with the work immersion and professional identity. It is suggested that the hospital managers should improve the levels of work immersion and professional identity of nurses in operating room for improving the task performance.
