Comparison of Mycobacterium tuberculosis heat-resistant antigens and phosphoantigens on activation and proliferation of human peripheral T cells

Abstract:
Objective:To compare the characteristics of Mycobacterium tuberculosis heat-resistant antigens(Mtb-HAg) and a kind of phosphoantigens,and HDMAPP on activation and proliferation of human peripheral blood T cells.Methods:The peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)(1106/ml) from healthy adults were cultured with Mtb-HAg(5 g/ml) of HDMAPP(210-9mol/ml),and IL-2(50 u/ml)added to maintain cell proliferation.The group in which only IL-2 added was as control.After cultured for 10 days,T cells were labelled with anti-human-CD3-FITC and anti-human-TCR-PE,and detected by flow cytometry.Results:After amplification,the proportion of T cells in Mtb-HAg activated group was significantly lower than that in HDMAPP group(P0.05).The proportion of T cells in these two groups were significantly higher than that in IL-2 control group(P0.01).Each individual had a linear correlation with the two kinds of antigen stimulated amplification of T cells(R2= 0.855 1,P0.01).Conclusions:Both Mtb-HAg and HDMAPP can preferentially activate human peripheral T cells,and HDMAPP has a stronger activity.
Effect of exogenous transforming growth factor-1 on blood brain barrier permeability after status epilepticus in rats

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of intranasal delivery of exogenous transforming growth factor-1(TGF-1) on the permeability of blood brain barrier(BBB) after status epilepticus(SE) in Sprague-Dawley rats.Methods:SE model was induced by pilocarpine.Two hundred fifty-two SD rats were divided into normal control group,model group and TGF group randomly,each of which was reassigned into seven sub-groups:3 h,6 h,24 h,2 d,3 d,4 d and 7 d groups after SE.The change or BBB permeability was determined by detecting Evans blue(EB) content in rat brains with chemic-quantitative analysis;The protein expression of zonula occluden-1(ZO-1) in hippocampus was analyzed by immunochemistry.Results:The EB contents in model group and TGF group were significantly increased,compared with control group,in which the peak of EB was emerged at 24 h after SE,and then decreased gradually,closed to normal at 7 d;Compared with model group,EB contents in TGF group were decreased at 6 h to 2 d(P0.05 to P0.01) with significant difference.In model and TGF groups,the protein expression of ZO-1 was firstly declined,and then gradually increased;the lowest expressions were emerged at 24 h after SE;and there was significant differences of ZO-1 expression at 6 h,24 h was 2 d points between the two groups(P0.05 to P0.01).The expression of ZO-1 protein in TGF group was lower than controlgroup.Conclusions:Intranasal delivery of exogenous TGF-1 decreases BBB permeability after SE.
Effect of exposure to 50 Hz magnetic field on olfactory discrimination in mice

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate whether chronic exposure to extremely low frequency magnetic field(ELF-MF)(50 Hz) can influence olfactory discrimination in mice.Methods:A habituation-dishabituation pattern was used to study olfatory discrimination in mice following exposure to 50 Hz magnetic field of 1 mT(1 hour/day) for 20 days.The motor behavior(locomotion)and exploring behavior were detected by open field test.Results:After exposure to 50 Hz magnetic field of 1 mT(1 hour/day) for 20 days,there were no significant differences about motor behavior(locomotion),exploring behavior and olfactory discrimination in mice.Conclusions:Exposure to chronic ELF-MF has no effect on olfactory discrimination in mice.
Regulation of human telomerase reverse transcriptase expression in HL-60 cell by Sp1

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the regulation of human telomerase reverse transcriptase(hTERT) expression in HL-60 cell by Sp1.Methods:The Sp1 binding sites of hTERT promoter sequence(-116--88 bp) were assayed by electrophoretic mobility shift assay(EMSA).The hTERT mRNA expressions of HL-60 cells treated with different concentration of mithramycin were examined by RT-PCR.Results:The binding bands of DNA-protein were detected by autoradiography when nuclear protein interacted with hTERT promoter sequence.Mithramycin inhibited the binding of Sp1 and the sequences,and decreased the mRNA expression of hTERT with concentration dependent manner,and which of mithramycin of 200 nmol/L group and 100 nmol/L group were significantly lower than those of 50 nmol/L group,25 nmol/L group and the control group(P0.01).Conclusions:Sp1 can bind the promoter sequence(-116--88 bp),which can upregulate the mRNA expression of hTERT.

Abstract:
Objective:To observe effects of different blood pressure levels on the arterial blood gas of rabbit with uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock during restrictive resuscitation and explore the ideal blood pressure levels for uncontrolling hemorrhagic shock.Methods:Model with uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock was established according to modifed Wigger's describtion.Twenty-four rabbits in the model were randomly divided into 4 groups(6 in each group),noresuscitation(NR) group as control,N50,N60 and N70 groups with maintaining mean arterial pressure(MAP) at 50,60 and 70 mmHg respectively.The arterial blood gas analysis(ABGA) including lactic acid,base excess,arterial oxygen tension,arterial carbon dioxide tension and potential of hydrogen were detected before shock and at 0,60,120,150,180 and 240 minutes after shock.Results:The data of ABGA of N60 group were better than those of other groups at all time-points.Conclusions:During restrictive resuscitation of the rabbits with unconrntrolled hemorrhagic shock,maintaining MAP at 60mmHg has little effect on their ABGA.The results suggest that MAP at 60 mmHg is suitable level for the restrictive resuscitation.
Clinical analysis of treatment of anterior crossbite with functional regulator Ⅲ: a report of 10 cases

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of treatment of anterior cross-bite with functional regulator Ⅲ(FR-3).Methods:Ten patients with anterior crossbite were treated with FR-3,and the curative effects,treatment time and indications of FR-3 were analyzed.Results:The effects of treatment for 9 patients were good except one case giving up treatment because of noncooperation.The mean time of treatment was(5.41.9) months,and the recovery of close relationship and teeth chewing function returned to normal.Facial appearance of type Ⅲ turned into type Ⅰ.Conclusions:FR-3 has good effects on treating the patients with anterior crossbite during the growth and development period.
Expression of human papillomavirus and Epstein-Barr virus in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the expression of human papillomavirus(HPV) and Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods:The high-risk HPV(16/18),low-risk HPV(6/11)and EBV of 130 cases of CIN(50 CIN1,40 CIN2,40 CIN3),10 cases of invasive cervical carcinomas,10 cervical condyloma-like lesions and 10 normal mucosa of the uterine cervix were detected using in situ hybridization(ISH) technique.Results:The positive expression rates of HPV16/18 in CIN1,CIN2 and CIN3 were 44.0%,37.5% and 62.5%,respectively;and positive HPV16/18 was detected in 8/10 of the invasive cervical carcinomas,10/10 of cervical condyloma-like lesions and 3/10 of normal mucosa of the uterine cervix(P0.01).The positive expression rates of HPV6/11 in CIN1,CIN2 and CIN3 were 36.0%,52.5% and 70.0%,respectively;and positive HPV6/11 was detected in 6/10 of the invasive cervical carcinomas,9/10 of cervical condyloma-like lesions and 3/10 of normal mucosa of the uterine cervix(P0.01).The combined positive expression rates of HPV16/18 and HPV6/11 in CIN1,CIN2 and CIN3 were 26.0%,22.5% and 50.0%,respectively;and combined positive expression of HPV16/18 and HPV6/11 was detected in 6/10 of the invasive cervical carcinomas,7/10 of cervical condyloma-like lesions and 2/10 of normal mucosa of the uterine cervix(P0.01).The positive expression rates of EBV in CIN1,CIN2 and CIN3 were 24.0%,12.5% and 22.5%,respectively;and EBV was detected positive in 3/10 of the invasive cervical carcinomas,0/10 of cervical condyloma-like lesions and 0/10 of normal mucosa of the uterine cervix(P0.05).Conclusions:HPV infection is the major etiological factor for CIN,clinically often coinfected with some variants.The signification of positive expression of EBV in CINs and invasive cervical carcinomas is still debatable.
Hyperuricemia and C-reactive protein correlate with cardiovascular disease in chronic renal kidney patients

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the changes of serum uric acid(SUA)in patients with the chronic kidney disease(CKD)at different stages and to explore the influence of SUA and C-reactive protein(CRP)on the cardiovascular diseases in them.Methods:One hundred and ninety-four hospitalized CKD patients were examined of the level of SUA,CRP and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP).The changes of SUA at different stages of CKD were compared,and the correlation of SUA with CRP,SUA and CRP with BNP were evaluated.Results:The incidence of hyperuricemia increased in accordance with the CKD stage(P0.01).The level of SUA was negatively correlated with the GFR(P0.05),but the level of SUA in patients with CKD of stage 1,stage 2,stage 4 and stage 5 had no significant difference(P0.05).The level of CRP in CKD patients complicated with hyperuricemia was higher than that with normal uric acid group.The SUA and CRP were positively correlated with BNP(P0.05).The BNP in CKD patients complicated with hyperuricemia,hyperuricemia and elevated CRP groups was significantly higher than that in SUA and normal uric acid group(P0.01).Conclusions:The level of serum SUA and hyperuricemia increase with the progress of CKD.The level of SUA may relate to that of CRP and hyperuricemia is highly associated with cardiovascular diseases,which could increase the incidence of cardiovascular complications in CKD patients.
Expression and clinical significance of PTEN in squamous cell carcinoma of the eyelid conjunctiva

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression lack and effects of PTEN in squamous cell carcinoma of the eyelid conjunctiva(SCC).Methods:The expression of PTEN of 34 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the eyelid conjunctiva and adjacent tissue of 10 patients were detected and statistically analysed through EliVision immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive expression rate of PTEN protein was 23.53% in squamous cell carcinoma of the eyelid conjunctiva,which were significantly less than that of adjacent tissue(100.00%)(P0.01).The 34.78% and 0.00% expression of PTEN in a well-differentiated and poorly differentiated SCC were detected,and the difference had statistically significant(P=0.034).Conclusions:The expression lack and low expression of squamous cell carcinoma of the eyelid conjunctiva may have a certain relation with the occurrence and development of tumor.
Clinical observation of orthodontic and orthognathic methods in treatment of 25 patients with skeletal malocclusion

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the treatment method for skeletal malocclusion and provide references for clinic.Methods:Twenty-five patients with skeletal malocclusion were treated with orthodontic and orthognathic means.The first step,the therapeutic schedules were formulated.The compensation of teeth was removed for adjusting dentural defect curve,then orthognathic surgery was performed for all cases.Finally the dentitions were adjusted by orthodontic treatment for 2 months.Results:The facial contour of 25 cases were significantly improved,and occludingrelation was good.The angles of SNB and ANB were greatly changed,and there was significant difference before and after the treatment(P0.05 and P0.01).Conclusions:Combination of orthodontic and orthognathic treatment is a good clinical method for skeletal malocclusion.
Efficacy of treatment of 46 children with supracondylar fracture of humerus with cross closed reduction Kirschner wire fixation

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of cross closed reduction Kirschner wire fixation on supracondylar fracture of humerus.Methods:Forty-six children with type Ⅱ and Ⅲ Gartland supracondylar fracture of humerus and,without blood vessel and nerve injuries injury were treated with cross closed reduction Kirschner wire fixation and fixed by plaster splint for two weeks.The plaster splint were pulled out and the function of elbow flex was exercised after 4 weeks.Results:Optimal in 33 cases,good in 11 cases and poor in 2 cases were observed according to the Dodgt's standard,and the excellent rates were 95.7%.Conclusions:Treatment supracondylar fracture of humerus with cross closed reduction Kirschner wire fixation is little invasion,easy operation and good effects,which is worth of popularizing.
Comparsion of the effects of transpalatal arch and mini-screw on anterior teeth retraction for patients with bimaxillary protrusion

Abstract:
Objective:To compare the effects of transpalatal arch(TPA) and mini-screw(MS) applicated in anterior teeth retraction for patients with bimaxillary protrusion.Methods:Forty-two patients with bimaxillary protrusion treated with pulling four first pairs of fangs were divided into MS group(24 cases),which were used by mini-screw and T group(18 cases),which were used by transpalatal arch for strengthening anchorage.The changes of skeletal,dental and soft tissue of all cases were measured by X-ray.Results:The angle differences of ANB of two groups had statistical significance(P0.01),SN-MP of MS group decreased,but increased in T group(P0.05).The adduction quantities of front upper teeth of MS group were obviouser than that of group T.Upper molars and incisor teeth of MS group were kept down,while its were extended in T group(P0.05).The linear measurement(UL-E) of MS group were significantly higher than that of T group(P0.01).Conclusions:Mini-screw implants could provide absolute anchorage in vertical and sagittal directions,and can obtain good effects on skeletal,dental and soft tissue.
Research of gene polymorphism of cytokines on human papilloma virus induced cervical injury

Abstract:
]Objective:To explore the polymorphism of tumor necrosis factor-(TNF-),transforming growth factor beta1(TGF-1),interleukin 10(IL-10),IL-18,and interferon-(IFN-) genes with human papilloma virus(HPV) positive cervical injury.Methods:A case-control study was conducted on 42 women presenting with HPV infection and cervical lesion and 87 HPV-negative women,and the single nucleotide polymorphisms of TNF-,TGF--,IL-10,IL-18 and IFN-genes were observed and compared.Results:There was nosignicant difference on the cytokine polymorphisms including TNF-,IL-10,IL-18 and TGF- between HPV positive and HPV negative women(P0.05),while the proporaficn of medium and high expression of IFN- was increased significantly in HPV positive women(P0.01).Conclusions:Cytokine polymorphisms measurement may be useful for providing further information regarding their influence in HPV-related cervical lesion.
The efficacy of mosapride and Medilac-Vita in treating preterm neonates with feeding intolerance

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the efficacy of mosapride and Medilac-Vita in treating preterm neonates with feeding intolerance.Methods:One hundred and seven preterm neonates in hospital from Jan.2004 to Dec.2005 were treated as control group.The other 260 preterm neonates in hospital from Jan.2006 to Dec.2008 feeding with Mosapride and Medilac-Vitad to prevent feeding intolerance were regarded as treated group.The incidences of feeding intolerance in the two groups were observed.The time to reach ful1 enteral feeding and the time to reach the birth weight in the preterm neonates with feeding intolerance were recorded.Results:Sixty five preterm neonates emerged feeding intolerance in treated group,the incidence was 24.07%.In these 65 cases,the time to reach the birth weight was(11.173.87)d and the time to reach full enteral feeding was(9.053.26)d.Thirty-eight preterm neonates emerged feeding intolerance in control group,the incidence was 35.51%.In the 38 cases,the time to reach full enteral feeding was(11.766.28)d,the time to reach the birth weight was(12.923.91)d.Compared with the treated group,the difference was conspicuous.Conclusions:Mosapride and Medilac-Vita show definite effect in preventing and treating preterm neonates with feeding intolerance.
Observation of therapeutic effect of calcium dobesilate in 39 patients with chronic renal failure

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of calcium dobesilate in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:Seventy-nine patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into the observation the group(n=39) and the control group(n=40).The patients in both groups were received general treatment,while in observation group,the patients were given calcium dobesilate additionally,0.5 g three times a day,for weeks.Results:The effective rate was 74.36% in treatment group and 27.5% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Compared to control group,the levels of blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and 24-hour urinary protein were decreased sharply,and creatinine clearance rate and Hb level were increased clearly,there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.01).Conclusions:Calcium dobesilate is effective and safe in treatment of chronic renal failure.
The application of laryngeal mask in laparoscopic cholecystectomy of elderly patients with general anesthesia

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the safety and effectiveness of laryngeal mask(LMA) in elderly patients with general anesthesia.Methods:Forty ASA Ⅱ-Ⅲ elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia were randomly divided into LMA group(group L,20 cases) and endotracheal intubation group(group T,20 cases).The data of systolic pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) and heart rate(HR) were recorded at the time of before induction of anesthesia(T0),before LMA insertion/trachea catheter(T1),insertion of tracheal catheter(T2),5 min after insertion of the laryngeal mask/tracheal catheter(T3),before pull out the LMA/trachea catheter(T4),pull out the LMA/tracheal catheter(T5)and 5 min after pull out the LMA/tracheal catheter.The complications were recorded during the perioperative period.Results:The hemodynamics of group L was stable compared with group T during intubation/extubation.The complications of perioperation period of group T were significantly more than those of group L(P0.01).Conclusions:Laryngeal mask for elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a safe and effective method.
The effects of synovectomy on treating knee join osteoarthritis with debridement

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effects of synovectomy on treating knee join osteoarthritis with debridement.Methods:One hundred and twelve patients with elderly degenerative osteoarthritis of knee were randomly divided into group A,which were treated with synovectomy under arthroscopy debridement as far as possible and group B were treated with synovectomy as few as possible.Results:All cases were followed up and evaluated by HSS knee score table.At 1 month and 6 months after operation,the HSS scores of two groups had no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusions:Synovectomy has good effects on the elderly knee join osteoarthritis treatment with debridement arthroscopy.The scope of the synovectomy should be reduced.
The experience of treatment of celiac lymphatic leak of 14 cases of radical gastrectomy

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the causes and treatments of celiac lymphatic leak of patients underwent radical gastrectomy.Methods:Fourteen cases with lymphatic leak after radical gastrectomy were treated with fasting,total parenteral nutrition,supplement of albumin,supplementary plasma and somatostatin.Results:The incidence rate of celiac lymphatic leak was 1.99%,the leak occurrence time was the 4th to 7th day and the maximum drainage volume was 1800 ml per day after radical gastrectomy.Fourteen patients were all cured.Conclusions:Intraoperative prevention is major measures and conservative treatment is the first choice for lymphatic leak.
The clinical application of non-invasive bi-level positive airway pressure mechanical ventilation in treatment of hypoxia and hypercapnia

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the role of non-invasive bi-level positive airway pressure mechanical ventilation(BiPAP) in treatment of hypoxia and hypercapnia in the clinical application.Methods:Sixty-two patients complicated with hypoxia and hypercapnia including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) were selected and divided into group A and group B.Thirty-two patients in group A were underwent non-invasive BiPAP mechanical ventilation,others in group B were treated with respiratory stimulant.Heart rate,respiratory rate and blood gas analysis were observed.Results:The symptom of patients in group A with hypoxia and hypercapnia had been improved by non-invasive BiPAP mechanical ventilation.Only 1 patient needed invasive mechanical ventilation by endotracheal intubation.While in group B,4 patients required endotracheal intubation and invasive mechanical ventilation,1 patient was dead because of multiple organ failure.After treatment,the improvement of heart rate,respiratory rate and blood gas analysis in group A were better than in group B(P0.05).Conclusions:Non-invasive BiPAP mechanical ventilation can improve hypoxia and hypercapnia,decrease heart rate and respiratory rate,which plays a good therapeutic effect.BiPAP is a simple,effective,safe,reliable way,and susceptible to remission of disease.
Expressions and significance of p16 and HER-2 proteins in human gastric carcinoma

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expressions of p16 and HER-2 proteins in human gastric carcinoma tissues and its correlation with clinical pathological factors.Methods:The expressions of p16 and HER-2 proteins in 60 cases of gastric carcinoma and 30 cases of normal gastric tissues were detected using streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemistry method,and the relation between the expressions and the clinicopathological parameter of gastric carcinoma was analyzed.Results:The positive rates of p16 in human gastric carcinoma and normal tissues were 21.7% and 73.3%,respectively(P0.01).The expression of p16 protein in gastric carcinoma tissues with no lymphatic metastasis and stageⅠ-Ⅱ TNM were higher than those with lymphatic metastasis(P0.05) and stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ TNM(P0.05 and P=0.05);The positive rates of HER-2 in human gastric carcinoma and normal tissues were 38.3% and 0.00%,respectively(P0.01).The expression of HER-2 protein in gastric carcinoma tissues with high,middle differentiation,remote metastasis and stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ TNM were respectively higher than those with no low,no differentiation,no remote metastasis or stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ TNM(P0.05-P0.01).The expression of p16 protein was not correlated with HER-2 protein in human gastric carcinoma tissues(P0.05).Conclusions:Loss-expression of p16 and over-expression of HER-2 may be correlated with the metastasis and development of gastric carcinogenesis.Both of them are of great significance in evaluating the biological behavior and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.

Objective:To explore the feasibility of ethanol and 5-Fu release formulation injection under ultrasound-guidance in treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:Fifty-three patients with primary liver cancer were studied retrospectively.The liver function,AFP,the tumor size and the survival time of the patients were observed.All the patients were treated by injecting ethanol and 5-Fu release formulation under the guidance of the ultrasound,and the effects were analyzed.Results:The liver function of the patients was improved and the value of AFP was reduced significantly after 1-3 months treatment compared with that before surgery(P0.01).The tumor disappeared in 5 cases;tumor shrinkage and unclear contour were observed in 45 cases.The survival time was more than 6 months in 48 cases,more than 1 year in 34 cases,more than 2 years in 19 cases and more than 3 years in 8 cases.Conclusions:The therapeutic effect of injecting ethanol and 5-Fu release formulation under ultrasound-guidance is safe and effective for treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.

Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects of paclitaxel combined with leucovorin and 5-fluorouracil(5 Fu) treating advanced gastric cancer.Methods:Fifty-five patients with advanced gastric cancer were treated with 135 mg/m2 of paclitaxel by intravenous drip on the first day,and 200 mg/m2 of leucovorin for 2 hours by intravenous drip and 600 mg/m2of 5-Fu were given by intravenous drip for 22 hours after 400 mg/m2 of 5-Fu by intravenous injection from 1 st to 3 rd.The treatment was repeated after 3 weeks.The effects were evaluated at least two cycles therapy.Results:Among 55 cases of advanced gastric cancer,there were complete response in 3 cases,partial response in 27 cases,no change in 15 cases and progression in 10 cases.The total effective rates was 54.5%,and the main toxicity was myelosuppression.Conclusions:Treatment of advanced gastric cancer with paclitaxel combined with leucovorin and 5-Fu effective andlight side effects,and patients can tolerate.

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the application and clinical effect of the nasal packing materials in functional endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:Totally 120 patients were observed,in which,sorbalgon group was 43 cases,sorbalgon add merocel group 30 cases and vaseline gauze group 47 cases.The packing materials were removed after 24 hours.The efficacy of nasal packing materials was assessed in terms of the levels of nasal pain or headache in the leaving period and nasal bleeding after remaval of nasal packing,and the levels of the mucosa swelling 2 weeks later.Results:The incidence rate of nasal severe pain or headache in sorbalgon group,sorbalgon add merocel group and vaseline gauze group was 2.33%,6.67% and 40.42%,respectively.The incidence rate of severe nasal bleeding after removed was 6.98%,10.00% and 25.53%,respectively.The incidence rate of the levels of the mucosa swelling 2 weeks later was 9.30%,10.00% and 21.28%,respectively.The significant statistical difference was observed between the 3 groups(P0.01).Conclusions:The combination of both sorbalgon and merocel can controll bleeding to the lowest,and reduce the edema degree of nasal mucous membrane,and the recovery time.

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS) combined with continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII) on treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods:Forty patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and the observation group,20 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given blood glucose monitoring combined with CSII while the patients in observation group were received CGMS combined with CSII.The blood glucose level at every time interval was observed after treatment for 4 days.Results:After treatment,the blood glucose level at every time interval was decreased(P0.01),and the efficacy in observation group was better than in control group(P0.05 to P0.01);the time of blood glucose level reaching standard in observation group was shorter than in control group(P0.01).Conclusions:CGMS combined with CSII for treatment of type 2 diabetes can be faster and more effectively to control blood glucose level,reduce blood glucose fluctuation,reduce the incidence of low blood glucose,delay or prevent the occurrence and development of acute and slow complications,shorten the patient's treatment time and reduce economic loss.
The effects of loop electrosurgical excision procedure on 83 patients with cerical intraepithelial neoplasia

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and prevent the postoperative complications and observe treatment principles for postoperarion specimens.Methods:Eighty-three patients with CIN were dignosed by gynecological check-up,cytology and vaginoscope biopsy,and operated with LEEP.The results of pathology diagnosis were compared before and after operation,and the curative effects were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The concordance rates of pathologic diagnosis were 57.8% before and after operation.The rates of descent of postoperative pathologic diagnosis were 37.4%,including dropping one grade in 22.9%,two grade in 12.1% and three grade in 2.4%.The rates of ascend of postoperative pathologic diagnosis were 4.8%,including rising one grade in 3.6%,two grade in 1.2%.Operation cut margin of 2 cases was postive reaction,including 1 case of CIN2 and 1 case of CIN3.Three months after operation,the results of cytology demonstrated CIN2 in 1 case,others were normal.The cervical stenosis in 2 cases at postoperation and massive haemorrhage in 1 case 2 weeks postoperation were found.No cases showed CIN for half year postoperation.The cure rates were 97.6%,and residual CIN in cervix were 2 cases.One 1 case of CIN2 were found after 1 year.Conclusions:LEEP is a ideal means in diagnosis and treatment of CIN.Mastering surgical indications,regulating surgical procedure and pay attention to the postoperative pathologic observation can obtain satisfied results.

Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the value of treatment of post-transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP) secondary bleeding of with transurethral endoscopic hemostasis.Methods:Sixteen cases with massive hemorrhage of 723 patients with TURP were treated with transurethral endoscopic hemostasis,clear blood clots of bladder and hemostasis of bladder neck.Results:The secondary surgery of sixteen cases were success.The mean time of surgery and hospital stay were 27 mins and 9 days respectively.Conclusions:The effects of treatment of post-TURP secondary bleeding of with transurethral endoscopic hemostasis are good,which is small trauma,convenient operating,and can be first choice for treating serious bleeding after TURP.
Effects of different remission induction regimens on acute promydocytic leukemia

Abstract:
Objective:To compare the outcome of two different remission induction therapies for patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL).Methods:Forty-eight patients with APL were randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A were treated with all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA) and low dose of homoharringtonine(LD-HHA),and group B ATRA combined with arsenic trioxide(ATO).Results:The complete remission(CR) rate was 88.0% in group A and 91.3% in group B.The average time to achieve CR in the two groups was(28.91.9)d and(27.82.1)d,respectively.There were no significant differences in the curative effect,early death rate or the incidence of differentiation syndrome between the two groups.Conclusions:The therapy of ATRA combined with LDHHA may achieve similar curative effect as that of ATRA combined with ATO,but has the advantage of lower medical cost.So it is worth popularizing especially in less developed areas.

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of sodium ozagrel combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium on patients with progressive cerebral infarction.Methods:Fifty-two cases with acute progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment and control groups(26 cases in each group).The patients in control group were only intravenously infused with 80mg of sodium ozagrel two times every day for 14 days on the basis of regular treatment,and the patients in treatment group were subcutaneous injected with low-molecular heparin calcium 5 000 U on the basis of control group,once a day for one week.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and Bathal index(BI).Platelet count,coagulation time were detected before and after 7th and 14th day.Results:NIHSS was improved after treatment for one week,and BI scores were markedly improved after treatment one or two weeks in treatment group,which were significantly higher than those in control group(P0.01).Platelet count,coagulation time were within normal range,there was no obvious side effect in either group.Conclusions:Sodium ozagrel combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium was an effective and safe therapy for treatment with progressive cerebral infarction.

Abstract:
Objective:To compare the efficacy of azasetron in combination with dexamethasone and single drug alone in reduction of postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV) after gynecological surgery.Methods:Eighty-nine patients were received epidural anesthesia for gynecological surgery.They were randomly divided into three groups after operation:group AD,azasetron at 10 mg combination with dexamethasone at 10 mg intravenously;group A,azasetron at 10 mg alone intravenously,and group NS with 0.9% NaCl 5 ml intravenously.The incidence rate of PONV was recorded after operation and HR,MAP,SpO2were measured before and after treatment in each group.Results:The results showed that the incidence of PONV in group AD was significantly lower than that in group NS(P0.01).There was no difference on HR,MAP,SpO2in each group(P0.05).Conclusions:This study indicates that azasetron combined with dexamethasone can prevent and reduce postoperative nausea and vomiting following gynecological procedure.

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate medical staff's knowledge about multiple resistant bacteria and propose training strategies to increase their knowledge about hospital infection.Methods:The questionnaires were done in 344 medical personnel in infectious disease hospital,and all questionnaires were collected and statistical analysis was done.Results:There were statistical differences in the comprehension of knowledge about multiple resistant bacteria between these personnel who had been trained or not been trained,and between doctors and nurses(P0.05).There was no statistical difference among primary title and medium,senior titles in the mastery of knowledge about hand hygiene and isolation mode of multiple drug-resistant bacteria(P0.05).The medical personnel who were new and had never attended relevant knowledge training had poor knowledge,on the other hand,the doctors for theoretical knowledge mastery were better than nurses,but less for execution measures.Conclusions:Strengthening the publicity and training of medical personnel's knowledge about hospital infection is helpful for prevention of multiple antibiotic resistant bacteria and controlling of hospital infection.

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the difficult causes and the practicable approach during laparoscopic cholecystecomy(LC).Methods:Forty-eight cases performed difficultly LC were analyzed retrospectively the preoperative clinical data,the intraoperative difficulties and strategies.Results:Among 48 cases,46 cases with the successful LC,2 cases transited to the open-cholecystectomy.In the perioperative period,1 case suffered from the biliary leakage undergone a second surgery exploration,and the reason was conformed to be linked with the fall off-titanium clamp.After the process of the ligation of bile duct,peritoneal rinse with saline and the placement of the drainage tube,the patient was cured without long-term complications.Conclusions:Multiple causes are linked with the difficult LC.It might be helpful to reduce the transition to the interim abdominal open and severe complications by the comprehensive clinical assessment and careful preparations before the operation,and the choice of appropriate management strategies and the accurate grasp of transit open indications in the perioperative period.

Objective:To compare the bioequivalence of domestic and imported ceftibuten capsules.Methods:A dose of 200 mg domestic or imported ceftibuten capsules was randomly given to 20 healthy volunteers in two-way cross-over design.Plasma concentrations of ceftibuten was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with the aid of DAS 2.0 pharmacokinetics software.The bioequivalence of the domestic and imported capsules were calculated by analysis of variance and two one side t-test.Results:The concentration-time curves of the two preparations were fitted to a two-compartment model.The main pharmacokinetic parameters of domestic or imported ceftibuten capsules were as follows:Tmax/h(2.660.37 vs 2.720.34);Cmax/mg/L(20.423.41 vs 19.933.29);AUC0-(104.8617.26) and(101.6817.44)mgh-1L-1;AUC0-t(103.3320.82) and(101.6817.44)mgh -1L-1,respectively.The relative bioavailability of domestic drug was(103.421.0)%.Conclusions:The domestic and imported capsules are bioequivalent.

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of rhaponticin on apoptosis in human breast cancer SK-BR-3 cells.Methods:SK-BR-3 cells were treated with rhaponticin at the concentrations of 100,200,and 400 mol/L.Apoptosis was examined with Annexin V-FITC Apoptosis Detection Kit by flow cytometry.The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax protein were analyzed by Western blot.caspase-3 activity was detected by special kit.Results:Rhaponticin induced obvious early apoptosis in SK-BR-3 cells in a concentration-dependent manner(P0.05 to P0.01).Western blot results showed that rhaponticin enhanced the expression of Bax protein,and inhibited the expression of Bcl-2 protein,which was gradually down-regulated following the increase of rhaponticin's concentration(P0.01).Meanwhile,rhaponticin induced the activation of caspase-3,and caspase-3 activity was increased with its concentration(P0.01).Conclusions:Rhaponticin can induce apoptosis in SK-BR-3 cells,which may be correlated to the down-regulation of Bcl-2,the upregulation of Bax,and the activation of caspase-3.

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of risperidone oral solution combined with sodium valproate sustained release tablets in the treatment of senile mania.Methods:Seventy cases of senile mania were adopted randomly into two groups,the patients in the observation group were treated with risperidone oral solution combined with sodium valproate sustained release tablets,others in the control group were treated with sodium valproate sustained release tablets only,all patients were observed for 6 weeks.Mania Rating Scale(BRMS)was used to evaluate the curative effect,and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) was used to evaluate adverse reactions,all results were compared and analyzed.Results:The socres of BRMS in the two groups were not different before treatment(P0.05).In observation group,BRMS scores at every weekend were decreased,which were better than in control group significantly(P0.01),the total efficiency of 6 weeks was 88.57% in observation group,and 80.00% in control group,there was no statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusions:In the treatment of senile mania,risperidone oral solution combined with sodium valproate sustained release tablets has a fast onset of action and a good efficacy,fewer adverse reaction.Drug compliance isgood,and suitable for aged person.

Abstract:
Objective:To determine the drug susceptibility of some Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb) to antitubercular agents.Methods:Absolute concentration method was used for drug susceptibility tests for the anti-tubercular agents.All strains isolated from the clinic were cultured using Lowenstein-Jensen medium which had two kinds of high and low drug concentration.Results:The drug resistance rate of INH,SM,EMB,RFP and PAS were 25.7%,22.3%,5.9%,32.2% and 11.4% respectively.About 3.5% of all the strains were resistant to all anti-tuberculosis drugs.Conclusions:EMB can be used as one of effective drugs for treating tuberculosis.Compared with the other domestic researches,the drug resistance rate of these anti-tubercular agents were rised.In the clinical work,we should increase the drug varieties of drug sensitive test.

Objective:To investigate effects of social skill training on life qualitily of schizophrenia patients with hospitalized syndrome.Methods:Seventy-one schizophrenia patients with hospitalized syndrome were randomly divided into the control group(33 cases),which were treated with conventional care and the skill training group(38 cases),which were treated with social skill training based on conventional care.All cases were evaluated by Scale of Social function in Psychosis Inpatients(SSPI) and Schizophrenia Qualitily of Life Scale(SQLS)at the beginning and after 6 months of grouping.Results:The differences of SSPI and SQLS of two groups had statistical significance(P0.01-P0.05)after 6 months of grouping.Conclusions:Social skill training of schizophrenia patients with hospitalized syndrome can effectively improve symptoms and their social function,and raise their life quality.

Objective:To explore the most effective nursing method of the VIP maternity mother-baby care.Methods:One hundred and sixteen expectant mothers were randomly divided into the control group(55 cases) and the study group(61 cases).The control group were nursed with clinical nursing pathway,which education objects were expectant mothers and their relatives.The study group were nursed with the same pathway,which education objects were expectant mothers,relatives and Yuesao,and one of them was the core of health education by focusing education and guidance.Results:The health knowledge of expectant mothers and core caregivers and the compliance of expectant mothers and core and non-core caregivers were remarkably higher than those of the control group(P0.01).Conclusions:Core health education can improve the knowledge levels and the compliance of nurses,promote the quality of nursing maternal and child and decrease the conflict of the different opinions and experinces of breeding,which can promote the establishment of relationship between parents and children and family harmony.

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of Three in One full health guide on the knowledge,belief and practice(KBP) and standard medicine behavior of the elderly with tuberculosis(TB).Methods:Forty-one elderly with TB were investigated by using the method of convenience sampling and self-made questionnaire about KBP of TB's control.According to the results of the questionnaire,the weakness of KBP and the features of illness were analysed and Three in One full health guide were conducted.Medication behavior of all patients were followed up three months after discharge and the KBP of patients were investigated again.Results:Three months after their discharge,the average scores of KBP and passing rate(57.814.84 and 97.56% respectively) of the patients with TB patients were significantly higher than that of the patients entering hospital(31.2411.72,36.59% respectively)(P0.01).During following-up three months after discharge,37 patients took entirely the medicine,3 patients occasionally forgot medication,one changed the type and dosage of drugs and no one frequently forgot or interrupted taking-medication.Conclusions:Three in One full health guide can make the elderly obtain appropriate knowledge,change the attitude of diseases,regulate the patients taking actions and promote health recovery.

Objective:To explore the effects of the application of the scene simulation training on teaching practice nurse of the operating room.Methods:The practice nurses of the operating room were divided into the routine group and the scene simulation training group,and knowledge of clinical common operation and practice training content were tought using the routine and scene simulation training method for two groups respectively.The nurses of the scene simulation training group were surveyed by questionnaire,and the theory and skills of two groups were compared post-training.Results:The scores of theory and practice of the routine group and scene simulation training group were 89.874.62,79.687.56 and 90.635.25,82.758.28,respectively.The scores of the scene simulation training group were significantly higher than that of the routine group(P0.01)and the method of scene simulation training got the high praise of the trainee nurses.Conclusions:The method of the scene simulation training can improve the ability of uniting theory with practice,enhance clinic operating skills,enhance comprehensive ability,broaden thinking space,reinforce teamwork skills and effectively alleviate the study pressure.
