Protective effect of Acanthopanax senticosus injection on the acute alcoholic hepatic injury in mice

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the protective effects of Acanthopanax senticosus injection on the acute alcoholic hepatic injury in mice.Methods:Sixty Kunming male mice(18 to 22g) were randomly divided into the normal group, model group, Tiopronin positive control group, and Acanthopanax senticosus injection high, medium and low dose group(200 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg)(10 mice each group).The alcoholic hepatic injury model of mice was established by intragastric administration with 12 ml/kg/d of 50% alcohol for 10 days.The levels of serum aspartate transaminase(AST), alanine transferase(ALT), Triglyceride(TG), liver tissue malondialdehyde(MDA) and Glutathione in all groups were detected.Liver index and hepatic pathological changes in all mice were calculated and observed, respectively.Results:The alcoholic hepatic injury model of mice was successfully established.Acanthopanax senticosus injection could reduce the levels of AST, ALT and TG, inhibit the increase of liver MDA, improve the content of reduced glutathione in liver(P<0.05~P<0.01), decrease the liver index and alleviate the liver tissue injury(P<0.05 and P<0.01).Conclusions:Acanthopanax senticosus injection can protect the alcoholic hepatic injury of mice, and the mechanism of which may be related to the suppressing oxidative stress.
Effect of LP17 on the ultrastructure of intestinal macrophages of rats

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of LP17 on the ultrastructure of intestinal macrophages of rats in vitro, explore the activated mechanism of intestinal macrophage and search for the treatment of intestinal mucosal barrier dysfunction.Methods:The intestinal macrophages of rat were separated and cultured in vitro, and divided into the control group, (non-LPS and -LP17) and experiment group, which included the lipopolysacharide(LPS) group(treated with 1 mg/L of LPS) and LPS+LP17 group(treated with 1 mg/L of LPS +0.1 mg/L of LP17).Cells were digested by 0.25% trypsin, and collected after 6 h of incubation.The ultrastructure of macrophages in all groups were observed using Tecnai 12 transmission electron microscopy.Results:The normal macrophages in control group, a large number of lysosomes in macrophages of LPS group and apoptotic bodies in macrophages of LPS+LP17 group were found under electron microscopy after drug treatment.Conclusions:LP17 can induce the apoptosis in activated macrophages.
Effect of Sinomenine on the TLR4/MyD88 signal pathway in rats with adjuvant arthritis

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of Sinomenine on TLR4/MyD88 signal pathway in rats with adjuvant arthritis.Methods:Forty SD rats were randomly divided into the model group, Sinomenine group, methotrexate group and normal control group.The rat model of adjuvant arthritis in first three groups were induced by intradermal injecting Freund's into right paw, the normal control group were injected with saline.The mRNA expressions of TLR4 and MyD88 and level of TNF-α in knee synovium of four groups were detected by real-time PCR and ELISA after 4 weeks of intervention, respectively.Results:The levels of TLR4 and MyD88 mRNA expressions, and TNF-α of synovial tissue in model rats were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P<0.01).Compared with the model rats, the levels of TLR4 and MyD88 mRNA expressions, and TNF-α significantly were decreased after treatment with Sinomenine(P<0.01).Conclusions:Sinomenine can improve the adjuvant arthritis in rats, which may be by inhibiting the TLR4/MyD88 signal pathway.
The expression of breast cancer metastasis suppressor 1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell lines

Abstract:
Objective:To detect the expressions of breast cancer metastasis suppressor 1(BRMS1) gene in different human nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) cell lines.Methods:The expressions of BRMS1 protein and mRNA in SUNE-1-5-8F, CNE-1, CNE-2Z, SUNE-1 and SUNE-1-6-10B of NPC cell lines were detected by immunohistochemical method and RT-PCR, respectively.Results:The positive expressions of BRMS1 protein in CNE-1, CNE-2Z, SUNE-1, SUNE-1-5-8F and SUNE-1-6-10B cell lines were identified.Except the SUNE-1-5-8F cell line, the mRNA expressions of BRMS1 in other four NPC cell lines were positive.The expression levels of BRMS1 mRNA in CNE-1, CNE-2Zand SUNE-1 cell lines were significantly higher than that in SUNE-1-6-10B cell line.Conclusions:The expression of BRMS1 is correlated to the metastatic ability of cell line, which may be an important marker in identifying the metastasis of NPC.
Clinical characteristics and survival analysis of triple-negative breast cancer in 90 cases

Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the clinical data of 90 cases with triple negative breast cancer(TNBC) in order to investigate its clinicopathologic characteristics and prognostic factors.Methods:The clinical data of 284 patients with breast cancer diagnosed by histopathology were collected.The clinicopathologic characteristics, recurrence and metastasis of TNBC were retrospectively analyzed by statistical software.Results:Among 284 breast cancer patients, 90 cases were TNBC, and were followed up for 12-84 months.The age of TNBC patient was young than that of n-TNBC patient(P<0.01), the tumor size in TNBC patient was larger than that in n-TNBC patients(P<0.01).The metastasis rate of axillary lymph node was high.The recurrence and metastasis in 82 cases of TNBC patients were found, the recurrence and distance metastasis in TNBC patients was more than that in n-TNBC patient(P<0.01).The metastases in liver, lung and brain in TNBC patients were more than those in n-TNBC patients(P<0.01).The survival analysis showed than the 5-year disease free survival and overall survival in TNBC group and n-TNBC group were 3.3% & 71.1% and 4.6% & 84.5%, respectively.The results of univariate analysis showed that age, family history, histological grade, tumor size, the number of lymph node metastasis, and adjuvant radio and endocrine therapy affected the recurrence, metastasis and prognosis of TNBC and n-TNBC patients.Multivariate analysis showed the age, histological grade, tumor size, the number of axillary lymph nodes metastasis were independently effective factor in the recurrence, metastasis and prognosis of TNBC patients.Conclusions:Compared with the n-TNBC patients, the TNBC patient is young, nonmenopause, high recurrence and metastasis after surgery(more in liver and bone) and low 3- and 5-year overall survival and disease free survival rates.

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the levels of soluble CD14(sCD14) and membrane-bound CD14(mCD14) in peripheral blood of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA), and its relationship with RA.Methods:The serum levels of sCD14 in 78 RA patients and 50 healthy people were detected using ELISA.The levels of mCD14 in peripheral blood mononudear cells(PBMCs) of RA patients and healthy people were detected by flow cytometry method.The relationship between the expression levels of CD14 and RA was statistically analyzed.Results:The serum levels of sCD14 and mCD14 in RA patients were significantly higher than those in healthy people(P<0.01).The serum levels of sCD14 and mCD14 in active RA patients were significantly higher than those in paracmastic RA patients(P<0.01).Conclusions:The abnormal increasing of the sCD14 and mCD14 levels in peripheral blood of RA patients may be involved in the occurrence or development of RA.
Effect of the intravenous gamma globulin in the treatment of bronchiolitis

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of gamma globulin in the treatment of bronchiolitis.Methods:Seventy-six bronchiolitis children were randomly divided into the treatment group(32 cases) and control group(44 cases).The control group were treated with bronchodilators, anti-asthmetic drugs, glucorticoids, and anti- viral and infection, the treatment group were additionally treated with gamma globulin based on the conventional treatment.The time of clinical symptom disappearance and hospitalization between two groups were compared.Results:The time of clinical symptoms(including cough, pulmonary wheeze and signs) disappearance and hospitalization in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate in treatment group(93.8%) was significantly higher than that in control group(79.5%)(P<0.01).Conclusions:The treatment of bronchiolitis with gamma globulima is effective and safe, which is worthy of clinical application.
Clinical analysis of liposuction for preventing lymphatic fluid leakage after axillary lymph nodes dissection in breast cancer

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of postoperative lymphatic fluid leakage after the axillary lymph nodes dissection by liposuction.Methods:Eighty-six breast cancer patients were included in this study, which were divided into two groups, the patients with dissection of axillary lymph nodes by liposuction(n=34) were in observation group, and the patients with traditional axillary lymph node dissection(n=52) were in control group.The draining volume in the postoperative 3 days, draining time and the incidence of subcutaneous fluid were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative drainage volume and drainage time in the second day and the third day in observation group were less than in control group(P<0.01).The incidence of subcutaneous fluid in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The axillary lymph nodes dissection by liposuction can reduce the incidence of postoperative lymphatic leakage, it can be applied widely in axillary lymph nodes dissection in breast cancer.
The clinical significance of high expression of gamma-synuclein in colorectal cancer patient with liver metastasis

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of high expression of synuclein gamma(SNCG) in colorectal cancer(CRC) patients with liver metastases.Methods:Two hundred and nineteen patients with CRC were divided into the liver metastasis group(114 cases) and non-liver metastasis group(105 cases).The relationships between the SNCG level identified by immunohistochemistry and liver metastasis, disease-free survival time after surgery and overall survival were analyzed.Results:The positive rates of SNCG in liver metastasis group and non-liver metastasis group were 71.96% and 28.04%, respectively.Multivariate analysis showed that the expression of SNCG in CRC patients was an independent factor of hepatic metastasis(P<0.01).The disease-free survival time after surgery and overall survival in liver metastasis patients with the positive and negative SNCG expressions were(48.70±5.40) &(78.75±4.23) months and(51.10±5.20) &(80.29±4.12) months, respectively.The survival time in negative SNCG patient was higher than that in positive SNCG patient(P<0.01).Conclusions:With the increasing of SNCG expression, the liver metastasis and disease-free survival time in CRC patients increase and shorten, respectively.High expression of SNCG in CRC tissue can be used as a prediction index of liver metastasis.

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the expressions of CD147 and matrix metalloproteinases-9 in hepatocellular carcinoma, and its correlation with angiogenesis.Methods:The expressions of CD147 and MMP-9 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues of 63 cases were detected using immunohistochemistry SP method.The microvessel density labeled by differentiation antigen 105(CD105) was recorded under optical microscope.Results:The positive expression rates of CD147 and MMP-9 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues of 63 cases were 65.1% and 73.0%, respectively.The differences of positive expression rates of CD147 and MMP-9 in tumor size, portal vein cancer embolism, tumor differentiation and TNM stage were statistically significant(P<0.05 to P<0.01), but their differences in gender, age and serum level of α-fetal protein were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The level of microvessel density in case with positive CD147 and MMP-9 expressions was significantly higher than that in case with negative CD147 and MMP-9 expressions(P<0.01).The expressions of CD147 and MMP-9 were significantly positive correlation in hepatocellular carcinoma(P<0.01).Conclusions:Upregulation of the CD147 expression in hepatocellular carcinoma can promote angiogenesis through increasing the production of MMP-9, which can lead to tumor invasion and metastasis.
The relationship between the dynamic change of high sensitivity C-reactive protein and prognosis in patients with acute stroke

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the dynamic change of high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and prognosis in patients with acute stroke.Methods:One hundred and eighty-four patients with acute stroke were divided into the ischemic stroke group(n=102) and hemorrhagic stroke group(n=82).The levels of hs-CRP in all patients were measured before treatment and after 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 8 weeks of treatment.The recurrence of stroke was observed during the 1-year of following up.Results:2 patients died after onset two weeks and were removaled.The levels of hs-CRP in two groups after treatment 1 to 8 weeks compared with prior treatment all decreased significantly(P<0.01). The levels of hs-CRP after treatment 2 to 8 weeks compared with post-treatment 1 week decreased significantly too(P<0.01). The level of hs-CRP in ischemic stroke group on prior treatment and post-treatment 1 to 8 weeks compared with hemorrhagic stroke group all decreased significantly(P<0.05~P<0.01).All patients were followed up for 1 year, the recurrence rate of stroke in the patients with abnormal hs-CRP level(44.23%) was higher than that in the patients with normal hs-CRP level(11.72%)(P<0.01).Conclusions:The levels of hs-CRP in ischemic stroke group and hemorrhagic stroke group increase significantly, but the recovery of the level of hs-CRP in ischemic stroke group is more quick than that in hemorrhagic stroke group, and the recurrence rate of stroke in the patients with abnormal hs-CRP level increases.
Effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in 35 cases

Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the effects and prognosis of the continuous blood purification in the treatment of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods:Thirty-five patients with MODS were treated with the continuous blood purification.The blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation in all patients were dynamically monitored in the course of treatment.The blood gas, liver and renal function and electrolyte were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:The differences of the levels of sodium potassium, creatinine, urea nitrogen and HCO3- between before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01).Twenty-one cases survived, 13 cases died.The differences of age, number of organ failure and APACHE Ⅱ score between survival and death patients were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:The continuous blood purification can effectively correct the acid-base and electrolyte disturbance of patients with MODS.The age, number of organ failure and APACHE Ⅱ score can affect the prognosis of the patients.
Effect comparison of different bone flap craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the indications and effects of large bone flap craniotomy and small bone window craniotomy in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:One hundred and sixty-eight patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated with large bone flap craniotomy and small bone window craniotomy.The patients were divided into two groups according to the Glascow Coma Scale and amount of bleeding.The curative effects between two groups were compared.Results:The time of operation and hospitalization and Glascow Outcome Scale score in patients treated with the small bone flap craniotomy were significantly shorter and higher than those in patients treated with large bone flap craniotomy, respectively(P<0.01).The difference of rebleeding rate between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The large bone flap craniotomy combined with decompressive craniectomy for treating the patients with haemorrhage amount more than 50 ml could significantly reduce the mortality rate(P<0.05).Conclusions:Different bone flap craniotomy in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has different advantages and disadvantages.Selecting suitable operation according to the amount of bleeding and GCS score can improve the success rate of treatment and quality of life.
Anxiety and depression in female patients with bladder leukoplakia and its influencing factors

Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the anxiety and depression status in female patients with bladder leukoplakia, and investigate its influencing factors.Methods:The anxiety and depression status in 148 female patients with bladder leukoplakia were investigated using the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS).The gender, age, education, occupation, economic state, family history, marriage and course of the disease in all patients were analyzed.Results:The occurrence rates of anxiety and depression in 148 cases were 31.1% and 22.3%, respectively, and there was a positive correlation between anxiety and depression(P<0.01).The education, occupation, economic state and course of the disease were the risk factors of anxiety and depression(P<0.05 to P<0.01), the age, family history and marriage were not the risk factors of anxiety and depression(P>0.05).Conclusions:Anxious and depressive status are commonly found in female patients with bladder leukoplakia, which are related to the education, occupation, economic state and course of the disease.It is necessary to pay special attention and psychological intervention in the patients.
The effect of the target-controlled infusion of remifentanil on the cardiovascular reaction during general anesthesia recovery period

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of the target-controlled infusion(TCI) of remifentanil on the cardiovascular reaction during general anesthesia recovery period.Methods:Sixty ASAⅠ-Ⅱ patients scheduled by lumber operation were randomly divided into the remifentanil group(group R, 30 cases) and control group(group C, 30 cases).The 4 ng/ml of remifentanil was continuously injected into the group R by TCI from the end of operation to the tracheal extubation, the injection of remifentanil in group C stopped at the end of operation.The blood pressure, heart rate, the time of breath recovery and extubation, move restlessly and bucking and the number of patients with bad memories in two groups before anesthesia(T1), at the time of extubation(T2), and after 1 min(T3), 3 min(T4), and 5 min(T5) of extubation were recorded.Results:Compared with the group R, the blood pressure and heart rate in group C were significantly increased at T2, T3, T4 and T5(P<0.01), the incidence rate of move restlessly and bucking in group C at waking up was significantly increased(P<0.01).The differences of the time of breath recovery and extubation between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The number of patients with bad memories in group C after extubation were significantly higher than those in group R(P<0.01).Conclusions:The treatment of 4 ng/ml of remifentanil by TCI can effectively relieve the cardiovascular reaction during general anesthesia recovery period, steady bloodstream dynamics and improve the comfort level of patients.
Clinical observation of propofol target controlled infusion guided by Narcotrend stages in the anesthesia of hypertension patients

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of propofol target controlled infusion guided by Narcotrend(NT) stages in the anesthesia of hypertension patients.Methods:Fifty 1 to 2 level primary hypertension patients treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the observation group(group N) and control group(group C).The concentration of propofol was adjusted according to NT stages(NTS) in group N, which can maintain NTS at D2 to E0 level.The concentration of propofol in group C was adjusted according to mean arterial pressure(MAP) and HR, which can maintain MAP fluctuations at no more than ±20% of baseline and HR at 55 to 100 beats/min.The concentration of propofol in both groups were adjusted in the range of 2 to 5 μg/ml.The cardiovascular drugs were used to intervene when the MAP and HR in two groups were out of range after adjusting the depth of anesthesia.The anesthesia time, operation time, analepsia time, extubation time and dosages of propofol and sufentanil in two groups were recorded.The cardiovascular drug use and incidences of dysphoria, nausea, vomiting and intraoperative awareness in two groups were also recorded.Results:Compared with group C, the analepsia time and extubation time in group N were shortened(P<0.05 and P<0.01), and the dosage of propofol in group N decreased significantly(P<0.01).The Urapidil use in group C was more than that in group N(P<0.05).The differences of the incidences of dysphoria, nausea and vomiting between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The application of propofol target controlled infusion guided by NTS in the anesthesia of hypertension patients can control the anesthetic depth, maintain stable hemodynamics, shorten recovery time, conducive to the realization of accurate anesthesia, ensure the safety of anesthesia and improve the quality of anesthesia.
Prevention and treatment of the scar deformity in pediatric deep burn

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the prevention and treatment methods of the scar deformity in pediatric deep burn.Methods:Forty children with deep burn were divided into the control group(17 cases) and treatment group(23 cases).The control group were not treated with early operation, and standard scar rehabilitation and functional exercise after discharge from hospital, the treatment group cases were treated with early escharectomy with dermatoplasty, and continuously standard scar rehabilitation and functional exercise guided by clinicians after discharge from hospital.The scars in two groups were evaluated using Vancouver Scar Scale on the day of discharge and in 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after discharge from hospital.Results:The Vancouver Scar Scale scores in the color, vascular distribution, thickness and flexibility of scar in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group in different time points after discharge from hospital(P<0.01).Conclusions:Early operation, continuously standard scar rehabilitation and functional exercise can effectively prevent and reduce the scar deformity and dysfunction in pediatric deep burn.
Effect of the minimally invasive therapy of Cable-Pin system in the treatment of transverse patella fractures in 30 cases

Objective:To investigate the effects of the minimally invasive therapy of Cable-Pin system in the treatment of transverse patella fractures.Methods:Thirty cases with transverse patellar fractures were treated with minimally invasive therapy of Cable-Pin system.The X-ray, visual analog scale(VAS) of pain and range of motion in all cases were evaluated after operation.Results:The patients were followed up for 10 to 18 months.All fractures cured, the mean fracture healing time was 7 weeks.The VAS pain score at operation and after 4 weeks of operation were 3.2±1.4 and 1.4±1.3, respectively.The full range of motion in 28 patients and 10° loss of full flexion in 2 patients were found after fracture healing.Conclusions:The treatment of transverse patellar fracture with Cable-Pin system is low complication, which is a reliable method.
Early clinical observation of multifocal intraocular lens implantation

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects and ranges of accommodation of multifocal intraocular lens implantation of ultrasonic emulsification cataract resorption.Methods:Forty-seven patients(47 eyes) with cataract were treated with multifocal intraocular lens implantation of ultrasonic emulsification cataract resorption.The naked far and near visual acuity, the best corrected far and near visual acuity and ranges of accommodation were measured.All patients were followed up for 1 to 12 months, the clinical data of patients were analyzed after 1 week, 1 month and 3 months of operation.Results:The naked near visual acuity of 38 cases at postoperative 1 week, 40 cases at postoperative 1 month and 38 cases at postoperative 3 months were more than or equal to J5, the corrected near visual acuity of 37 cases at postoperative 1 week, 37 cases at postoperative 1 month and 36 cases at postoperative 3 months were more than or equal to J5.Under push-up test and defocusing test, the ranges of accommodation after 1 week, 1 month and 3 months of operation were(2.02±0.59)D, (1.91±0.53)D and(1.82±0.54)D, and(1.92±0.61)D, (1.85±0.54)D and(1.79±0.49)D, respectively, the differences of whose were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The near visual acuity after correcting far visual acuity was positive correlation with the range of accommodation.Two wave crests were found at 0.0D and -3.0D of the curve of focus depth, the depth of focus extension was(+1.5 to 4.0)D.Conclusions:Multifocal intraocular lens can provide good near and far visual acuity, the long-term effects of which remains to be seen.
Application evaluation of the levels of serum total IgE and food allergen-specific IgG antibody in patients with chronic urticaria and eczema

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the levels of serum total IgE and food allergen-specific IgG antibody in patients with chronic urticaria and eczema, and provide the reference for their clinical diagnosis and therapy.Methods:The levels of the serum total IgE in 153 patients with chronic urticaria and 135 patients with chronic eczema, and allergen-specific IgG antibodies in 14 kinds of food were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Forty-eight healthy people were set as the control.Results:The total positive rates of specific IgG antibodies in chronic urticaria, chronic eczema and healthy people were 94.1%, 95.6% and 54.2%, respectively.The most common food allergen were egg, milk, cod, crab and bean, followed by chicken, maize, rice, shrimp, tomato and wheat, and then pork, beef and mushrooms.The total positive rates of total serum IgE in chronic urticaria and eczema patients were 100.0%, but it was 29.8% in healthy people.Conclusions:The chronic urticaria and eczema are not only associated with type Ⅰ allergy, but also with food intolerance induced by the food allergen-specific IgG.The detection of IgE and IgG levels can help adjust the recipes and alleviate the clinical symptoms.
Analysis of premature rupture of membrane in 247 cases with pregnancy for 28 to 36+6 weeks

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the risk factors, mode of delivery, perinatal outcome, diagnosis and treatment of premature rupture of membrane in pregnancy for 28 to 36+6 weeks.Methods:The clinical data of 247 cases with pregnancy for 28 to 36+6 weeks were retrospectively analyzed.The risk factors, mode of delivery and perinatal outcome in group A(pregnancy for 28 to 31+6 weeks), group B(pregnancy for 32 to 33+6 weeks) and group C(pregnancy for 34 to 36+6 weeks) were analyzed.Results:The vaginal delivery and cesarean section rates in group A were lower and higher than those in group C, respectively(P<0.05).The incidences of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome and neonatal pneumonia in group A were significantly higher than those in group C(P<0.01).The incidence of neonatal asphyxia in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and group C(P<0.01), the differences of the neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, neonatal asphyxia and neonatal pneumonia between group B and group C were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences of perinatal death between 3 groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The timely diagnosis and intervention of preterm premature rupture of membrane, extending the pregnancy period and personalized assessment of perinatal outcome play an important role in improving the quality of obstetrics.

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the curative effects of intravenous immunoglobulin(IVGV) in the treatment of the sever hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods:Forty-two clildren with sever HFMD were divided into the conventional therapy group(20 cases) and immunoglobulin therapy group(22 cases).The immunoglobulin therapy group included 14 cases treated with single immunoglobulin(single therapy group) and 8 cases treated with immunoglobulin combined with methylprednisolone(combination therapy group).The curative effects between three groups were compared.Results:Compared with the conventional therapy group, the times of body temperature recovery, deflorescence and nervous system symptom improvement in the combination and single therapy groups were significantly shorter(P<0.01).The invalid or progress for the critical illness in 7 cases in the conventional therapy group, no invalid or progress case in the combination therapy group, and progress for the critical illness in 1 case in single therapy group were found.Compared with the conventional therapy group, the failed or progress case in single therapy group was less(P<0.05).Conclusions:The IVGV treatment can shorten the course and improve the prognosis of children with sever HFMD.

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the clinical and pathological features, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of pelvic solitary fibrous tumor.Methods:The clinical and pathological features, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of pelvic solitary fibrous tumor in a case were explored.Results:Complete capsule, smooth surface, gray cut-off and soft texture of tumor were observed under naked eye.Under microscopy, the tumor was mainly composed of spindle cells, mild dysplasia, coarse nuclear chromatin and uneven mitosis in tumor cells were detected, the tumor cells were alternatively arranged by hypercellularity and hypocellularity, and the necrosis with low potential malignancy, rich interstitial blood vessels and a large number of collagen fibers were found.The CD34+, CD31+, B-cell lymphoma 2±, antigen Ki-67 20%+, pan-cytokeratin antibody-, Calretinin-, CD99-, Desmin-, MC-, p53-, S-100+, smooth muscle actin-, Vimentin+ and protein WT-1- were identified by immunohistochemistry.Conclusions:The solitary fibrous tumor has not specific clinical manifestations, the dignosis of which depends on the pathological features and detection of specific markers by immunohistochemistry.The tumor need to be identified with other spindle cell tumor, treated with operation and followed up after operation.

Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the medical service for the rural left-behind children in the northern part of Anhui, and provide the countermeasures in the healthy growth and fair health service development of children.Methods:Four hundred and thirty-seven pupils of primary school from the northern part of Anhui province were investigated by questionnaire, 248 guardian and part of the grassroots medical workers were interviewed.Results:The prevalence rates in 4 weeks old left-behind children and non-left-behind children were 60.6% and 59.3%, respectively, the difference of which was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The untreatment rate in left-behind children after illness(9.5%) was higher than that in non-left-behind children(6.5%)(P<0.05).Among the reasons of untreatment, the economy reason in single parent left-behind children(14.6%) was higher than that in double parents non-left-behind children(P<0.01).The selecting the "unaccompanied" proportion in single and double parents left-behind children was higher than that in non-left-behind children(P<0.01).Logistic analysis showed that the only child, time of parents work outside, hospitalization insurance, education level of parents and family population affected the medical service use of the left-behind children.Conclusions:The difference of the medical service use between rural left-behind and non-left-behind children is little, the proportion of their medical behaviors after illness is relatively low, the health service for rural left-behind children should be strengthened.

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the relationships between the incidence of chronic disease and body mass index(BMI) at the age of 25 and now of middle-aged and elderly people in Xinzhuang Town of Shanghai.Methods:The chronic disease history, and height, weight and bone mineral density at the age of 25 and now of middle-aged and elderly people were investigated by questionnaire survey and on-site measurement methods.The relationships between chronic disease and BMI at the age of 25 and now were statistically analyzed.Results:Single factor analysis results showed that the differences of the incidence of diabetes and osteoporosis in different BMI at the age of 25 of middle-aged and elderly people were statistically significant(P<0.05 and P<0.01), the difference of the incidence of hyperlipemia in middle-aged and elderly people with different BMI was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiariable logistic regression analysis results showed that the differences of the incidence of diabetes and osteoporosis in different BMIs at the age of 25 of middle-aged and elderly people were statistically significant(P=0.012 and P=0.001), the difference of the incidence of diabetes in middle-aged and elderly people with different BMI was statistically significant(P=0.012 and P=0.001).Conclusions:Diabetes and osteoporosis are positively and negatively related with BMI at the age of 25, respectively.Diabetes and hyperlipidemia are positively correlated with the BMI of middle-aged and elderly people.From young to old, the reasonable weight control is one of effective way to decrease the occurrence of chronic disease.
The ultrasound anatomical study of the velopharyngeal function in aged patients with cleft palate

Abstract:
Objective:To acquire the ultrasound anatomy parameters of the preoperative and postoperative velopharyngeal function in aged patients with cleft palate for providing the references in formulating preoperative plan, evaluating postoperative effects and guiding speech training.Methods:The length and thickness of the soft palate and anteroposterior diameter of the palate pharynx in 30 aged patients with cleft palate were dynamically measured by ultrasonography before and after the operation, which were compared with 30 normal people.Results:The length and thickness of the soft palate in 30 aged patients with cleft palate[(28.48±4.89)mm and(6.21±0.69)mm] were significantly shorter and longer than those in 30 normal people[(41.13±3.59)mm and(5.19±0.29)mm] before operation, respectively(P<0.01).Compared before operation, the length and thickness of the soft palate[(39.25±3.67)mm and(5.02±0.29)mm] were obviously long and thin after operation, respectively(P<0.01 and P<0.05), whose were close to that in normal people(P>0.05).The anteroposterior diameter of the palate pharynx in cleft palate patients[(21.30±2.69)mm] was longer than that in normal people[(8.93±0.39)mm] before operation(P<0.01).After operation, the anteroposterior diameter of the palate pharynx[(12.02±0.99)mm] was less than that before operation in cleft palate patients(P<0.01).The anteroposterior diameter of the palate pharynx in postoperative cleft palate patients was longer than that in normal people(P<0.05).Conclusions:The significant differences of the ultrasound anatomy parameters of the preoperative and postoperative velopharyngeal closure in aged patients with cleft palate can provide the importantly scientific basis in formulating preoperative plan, evaluating postoperative velopharyngeal function.
Application of the 3-dimensional speckle tracking imaging on the evaluation of left ventricular wall motion in patients with coronary artery disease before and after PCI

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the systolic function of left ventricular in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) before and after the percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) by 3-dimensional speckle tracking imaging(3D-STI).Methods:The 3D-STI data of 50 CAD patients(CAD group) before and after 3 to 7 days and 3 months of PCI and 30 healthy people(control group) were analyzed.The circumferential strain peaks(CSpeak) of each myocardial segment of left ventricular wall were measured.Results:Compared with the control group, the CSpeak in CAD group before and after PCI was decreased.Compared with before PCI, the CSpeak in CAD group after 3 to 7 days of PCI was increased.After 3 months of PCI, changes of the CSpeak in CAD group were significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:The myocardial deformation ability in patients with coronary artery disease is decreased, which can be improved after PCI.The 3D-STI can accurately assess the left ventricular systolic function in patients with coronary artery disease.

Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the carotid artery Doppler ultrasonic appearanc and clinical value in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods:Forty-six CKD patients were randomly divided into the autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease(ADPKD) group(12 cases), peritoneal dialysis(PD) group(14 cases) and hemodialysis(HD) group(20 cases), and 23 volunteers were set as the control group.The intima-media thickness(IMT) of common carotid artery, systolic peak velocity(PSV), end-diastolic velocity(EDV), resistance index(RI) and pulse index(PI) in all groups were measured by ultrasonography.Results:Compared to the control group, the IMT of the right common carotid artery(RCCA) in HD group, and left common carotid artery in HD and PD group were significantly higher(P<0.01), the PSV of common carotid artery in ADPKD group, PD group and HD group and internal carotid artery in ADPKD group and PD group were significantly higher(P<0.01).The EDV of left internal carotid artery in PD and HD group were significantly higher than that in control group and ADPKD group(P<0.01), the difference of EDV between PD and HD group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The Doppler ultrasonography measurement of common carotid artery can evaluate the degree of atherosclerosis and hemodynamic status, which can provide some valuable data in preventing the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events.
Postprocessing of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of occult fracture

Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) postprocessing technique in the diagnosis of occult fractures.Methods:The MSCT was performed in 52 patients whose X-ray results were negative but highly suspected as occult fractures by clinicians;the raw data of all the cases were processed respectively by image reconstruction including multiple planar reconstruction, maximum intensity projection and volume rendering technique;then the results were compared.Results:Of the 52 patients presenting non-fracture by X-ray, 49 were proved fractures by postprocessing technique:9 cases in the orbital, 12 cases in the spine, 7 in the hip joint, 9 in the tibial plateau, 2 in the Carpal bone, 3 in the calcaneal, 1 in the shoulder blade and 6 in the rib.The MSCT images of the other 3 cases showed negative.The positive rate reached 94.2%.Conclusions:MSCT can make accurate diagnosis of occult fractures, and provide reliable basis for the selection of therapy project and estimation of the prognosis.

Objective:To investigate the practice situation of living nursing and cognitive attitudes of nurses, patients and their families for seeking direction in promoting of living nursing practice.Methods:The cognition of living nursing in two tertiary hospitals in Anhui province were investigated using self-making living nursing cognition questionnaire.Results:The acceptabilities of living nursing in nurses, patients and their families were less than 15%.The emotional and psychological factors in 70% respondents were the causes of rejecting the living nursing of nurse.Nurses thought that nursing assisted projects were less than the requirements of patients and their families(P<0.01).The 70% of nurses thought that the living nursing should be borne by the care worker, 60% of patients families thought that the living nursing should be borne by themselves and the patients thought that living nursing should be borne by patients families(35%) and care worker(35%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:There are similarities and differences in the cognitions of living nursing in nurses, patients and their families, the implementing living nursing must be considered.
Application effect of the "anti-fall management process" in geriatric ward

Objective:To explore the effects of the application of the "anti-fall management process" in geriatric wards.Methods:The "anti-fall management process" was established and implemented, which included establishing the anti-fall and safety management system, fall-risk assessment and fall-risk disclosure statement, and implementing anti-fall measures, quality control and continuous improvement measures for inpatients.The specialization and individuation measures were implemented to prevent fall.Results:The forecast of high-risk fall after the application of the "anti-fall management process" was higher than that before the application of the "anti-fall management process"(P<0.01), the fall rate was low than that before the implementation.Conclusions:The "anti-fall management process" can foresee, evaluate and treat the underlying risk factors of fall in elderly patients, avoid the fall of patient and ensure the safety of elderly patients during hospitalization.

Objective:To observe the effects of Kangfuxin on the prevention and treatment of peripheral nerve toxicity caused by oxaliplatin after gastrointestinal malignant tumor operation.Methods:Seventy-four patients with gastrointestinal cancer were divided into the control group(38 cases) and observation group(36 cases) after operation.The control group were nursed using conventional nursing methods, the observation group were nursed using conventional nursing methods combined with Kangfuxin local wet compress.Results:The differences of the peripheral nerve toxicity grading and limb pain between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05 and P<0.01).Conclusions:Kangfuxin local wet hot compress can effectively alleviate the oxaliplatin-induced peripheral nerve toxicity, which is worth clinical promotion.
