Abstract:
Objective:To detect the blood drug concentration of ginsenosides Rg1 in different feeding cycles by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) for determining the feeding cycle in the production of rabbit ginseng serum. Methods:The C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) was used, the Methanol-0.1% phosphate(60:40) was the mobile phase of ginsenosides Rg1, and the detection wave-length was 203 nm.Results:With the prolonging of feeding cycle, the blood drug concentration of ginsenosides Rg1 increased proportionally, the concentrations of 7 days, 14 days and 21 days were significantly higher than the concentrations of 3 days(P<0.01), the difference between 21 days and 14 days was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The HPLC is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can provide the experimental evidence in determining the feeding cycle of serum test, and effectively control the quality of ginseng.

Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate the accuracy and validity of predication scale of pneumonia after acute stroke. Methods:The scores of 312 patients with acute stroke during the admission to hospital were evaluated using the predication scale of pneumonia, and the number of patients infected with pneumonia were observed in the duration of hospital. The accuracy of the predication scale was analyzed using the receiver operating characteristic, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, negative likely ratio and positive likely ratio of the predication scale were used to validate its validity. Results:The occurrence rate of pneumonia was 18.9%, which was significantly positive correlation with the score of scale(P<0.01).The receiver operating characteristic curve was established, the area under curve was 0.836(95%CI 0.779 to 0.894, P<0.01).When both sensitivity and specificity were more than 0.50 and taking 3 points was the best, the sensitivity, positive predictive value and positive likely ratio, and the specificity, negative predictive value and negative likely ratio were 69.5%, 52.7% and 3.663, and 81.0%, 89.7% and 0.377, respectively. Conclusions:The accuracy of the predication scale of pneumonia after acute stroke is 83.6%.The validity of scale in detecting of pneumonia after acute stroke has certain limitation, but in excluding pneumonia after acute stroke its value is high. The predication scale has certainly practical value in the predication of pneumonia after acute stroke.

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of Tai Chi and Fitness Walking on the static balance ability of the elderly women, in order to provide scientific guidance. Methods:The balance abilities of 146 elderly women over the age of 70 from a city were investigated. The elderly women were divided into the 70 to 79 years old group and equal to and more than 80 years old group according to their ages. The exercise ways included the Tai Chi, Fitness Walking and irregular movement. The measure index included the envelope area, and the trace length of postural sway and X and Y direction. Results:The balance ability in 70 to 79 years old group was better than that in equal to and more than 80 years old group(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The balance ability began to decreased with the increase of age, which did not be affected by exercise. The decreasing range regularity from large to small was the irregular movement, Fitness Walking and Tai Chi in turn. The irregular movement, Fitness Walking and Tai Chi could improve the balance ability in the same age elderly women(P<0.01), the effect of Tai Chi was better than that of Fitness Walking(P<0.05 to P<0.01).Conclusions:The static balance ability begin to decrease with the increase of age.The physical exercise can slow down the trend, and the exercise effect of Tai Chi is better.

Objective:To investigate the impact of deep multi-dimensional nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with acute cerebral infarction merger and depression. Methods:Twenty four subjects in the observation group and 24 subjects in the control group were assessed by the activities of daily living(ADL) and Hamilton Depression(HAMD)Rating Scale before and after treatment; The clinical effects and assessment scores were compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of the ADL and the HAMD had no statistical differences between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);after intervention, the scores of the ADL increased and the scores of the HAMD decreased in the two groups(P<0.01).The observation group displayed a higher degree of ADL and lower degree of HAMD than the control group(P<0.01 and P<0.05).Conclusions:Deep multi-dimensional nursing intervention has clinical effects on patients with acute cerebral infarction merger combined with depression.

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of different nursing modes on the health knowledge and indwelling time and quality of life in patients with hemodialysis catheter.Methods:Eighty-two hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41).The control group were nursed with routine care, and the observation group were treated with diversified health education based on routine care. The health knowledge awareness, indwelling time, hospital stay, satisfaction and quality of life between two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:The awareness rates of diet, self-testing disease, complication management, medication and exercise in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).The indwelling time, average length of stay and satisfaction scores in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.01).After treatment, the physiological function, bodily pain, general health, physical function, social function, emotional role, mental health, energy and SF-36 total score in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:The diversified health care modes can improve the education on disease knowledge, shorten the catheter and hospital time, and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of hemodialysis catheter patients.
