2021, 46(1): 1-5. doi: 10.13898/j.cnki.issn.1000-2200.2021.01.001
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the possible mechanism of docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) regulating collagen expression by affecting the P38 MAPK pathway to play an anti-atrial fibrillation.MethodsEighty SD rats sensitive to acetylcholine(66 μg/mL)-calcium chloride(50 mg/mL) mixture were randomly divided into the control group(CON group), control DHA treatment group(DHA group), atrial fibrillation group(AF group) and atrial fibrillation DHA treatment group(DHA+AF group)(20 rats in each group model of atrial fibrillation). The BL-420F tractive electrocardiogram and continuous double stimulation method were used to detect the atrial effective refractory period(ERP), the whole cell patch clamp technique was used to record the atrial muscle cell action potential duration(APD) change, the enzyme immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect the typeⅠ, Ⅲ collagen expression in atrial muscle tissue of rats, and the expression levels of P38 and P-PP38 and MKP 1 protein were detected using Western blotting.ResultsThe duration of atrial fibrillation in rats prolonged with the increasing of experimental time, while DHA could shorten the duration of atrial fibrillation(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).The ERP and APD significantly shortened, while DHA could significantly prolong the atrial ERP and APD in AF group(P < 0.01).There was no significant change in P38 protein among each group.Compared with the CON group, the expression level of P-P38 significantly increased, while the expression level of MKP-1 decreased in AF group(P < 0.01). Compared with the AF group, the expression level of P-P38 significantly decreased, while the expression level of MKP-1 increased in the DHA+AF group(P < 0.01).The results of ELISA showed that DHA could obviously down-regulate the typeⅠand Ⅲ collagen expression(P < 0.01).ConclusionsDHA may play an anti-atrial fibrillation role by regulating P38 MAPK signal transduction pathway mediating collagen expression.

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of nerve growth factor(NGF) on the proliferation and differentiation of rabbit dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs) in vitro, and provide a new clue for the repair of dental pulp tissue.MethodsThe DPSCs from healthy New Zealand rabbits were isolated and cultured by tissue enzymedigestion method, and the morphology and growth changes of cells were observed under light microscope. The third passage DPSCs were divided into the blank group(only DPSCs), experimental group(DPSCs mixed with 100 g/L NGF) and control group(DPSCs mixed with mineralization solution). The cell morphology and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity in three groups were investigated after 7 days and 14 days of culture, and the mRNA expression levels of COL-1, Runx-2 and OCN were detected using RT-qPCR.ResultsThe DPSCs cultured in vitro grew well, adhered to the wall, and most of them were polygonal or spindle shaped with nest or colony growth. The ALP activity value in three groups after 14 d of culture were higher than that on the 7th day of culture, and the differences of which among three groups after 7 and 14 d of culture were significant(P < 0.05).The results of RT-qPCR showed that the expression levels of COL-1, Runx-2 and OCN mRNA in experimental group after 14 d of culture were higher than those in blank group(P < 0.05).ConclusionsThe NGF can promote the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of rabbit DPSCs, and the combined application effect of the two is better than that of DPSCs alone.

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the diagnostic value of dual-energy spectral CT material quantitative analysis for pancreatic fat deposition.MethodsA total of 35 patients with metabolic syndrome, such as obesity, hyperglycemia and fatty liver, were selected as the observation group. The CT values of the head, body and tail of pancreas were measured on the single energy image of optimal keV value. The fat contents of the head, body and tail of pancreas were determined on the fat-water material image. The spectral curves of pancreatic tissues were obtained to make the average spectral curves. The results were compared with the fat contents measured in 30 patients who underwent abdominal CT scan for physical examination or other diseases in the control group.ResultsAmong 35 cases in the observation group, 8 cases were found with normal body mass index, and the rest were overweight or obesity. The average CT value of pancreas decreased with the increase of body mass index (P < 0.01), while the average fat content increased with the increase of body mass index(P < 0.01).The energy CT value and water content of pancreatic tissues in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the fat content was significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.01).ConclusionsDual-energy spectral CT quantitative analysis can objectively and quantitatively describe the fat deposition in pancreas, and provide more valuable informations for early diagnosis and treatment in clinic.

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the value of spectral CT texture analysis in predicting preoperative lymph node metastasis in patients with gastric cancer.MethodsEighty patients(including 57 cases in training group and 23 cases in verification group) with gastric cancer confirmed by surgical resection and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The special texture analysis software AK was used to segment the lesions and extract the imaging features on the preoperative spectral CT 70 keV venous phase cross-sectional images. The Mann-Whitney U test was used to analyze the features between two groups, and the P < 0.05 features were preserved. The discriminative features were further found by single factor logistic regression analysis. The minimum redundancy maximum correlation method(MRMR) was used to eliminate the 10 features with the highest correlation with the label.Stepwise multiple logistic regression was used to construct the prediction model and final model. The performance of the model was evaluated using ROC analysis.ResultsIn terms of texture features, the 10 radiology-related features selected by MRMR had better discriminative ability for training group and verification group(AUC>0.64), and the AUC of multivariate logistic regression prediction model was 0.79(0.69-0.89).ConclusionsThe texture analysis based on spectral CT is expected to be a non-invasive tool for predicting preoperative lymph node metastasis in patients with gastric cancer.

ObjectiveTo investigate the oral health knowledge, attitude and behavior of medical students from five medical colleges in Anhui to provide the scientific reference for the intervention of the oral health of college students.MethodsThe oral health knowledge, attitude and behavior of 1419 medical students from five medical colleges in Anhui were investigated using questionnaire.ResultsThe results of the questionnaire survey showed that the awareness rate of oral knowledge among Anhui medical college students was low.Except that the awareness rate of "fluoride can increase the anti-acid ability of teeth" was 79.42%(1 127/1419), and the awareness rate of "acidic substance is the main cause of dental plaque" was 63.78%(905/1 419), the awareness rate of other knowledge was less than 60%.Among the college students, the 68.50%(972/1 419)students considered that the oral education was necessary, and 70.26%(997/1 419)students considered that the minor diseases existed in their oral health evaluation. The media(57.15%), books(54.62%)and knowledge brochures(51.16%)were the main approaches for college students to acquire oral knowledge. The awareness rates of the oral knowledge of "fluoride can increase the anti-acid ability of teeth; tea is the drink with the highest fluoride content; dental floss can effectively clear the tooth space; drinking water is the main source of fluoride intake" in female students were higher than those in male students(P < 0.05 to P < 0.01).The knowledge, attitude and behavior of wisdom teeth in female students were better than those in male students(P < 0.01).The difference of the oral health education in college students from different places of origin was statistically significant(P < 0.01), and the differences of the necessity of oral health examination, the benefits of electric toothbrush for oral health, purpose of brushing and willingness to receive oral education were statistically significant(P < 0.01).ConclusionsThe overall evaluation of oral health knowledge, attitude and behavior among medical students in Anhui is not satisfied enough. The oral health education among colleges should be enhanced to help college students to improve the awareness of oral health and develop good oral cleaning habits.
